Not happy that the repair technician showed up with a salesman telling my mother that she need an $8000 AC replacement when she had called on her furnace. They did not address the furnace issue at all just attempted to scare/scam her into an new AC unit. I did not even pay $8000 when I replaced the AC on a 3500 SF house. How is this justified for a small condo?

Despite a time mix-up (we were told we’d be first, and were leaving in the afternoon for a vacation), I was very pleased with the tech and his work. Our AC drain was clogged (turned out the landscaping service had buried it!), and we called Performance Air Conditioning, Electrical, and Plumbing. We were advised in advance that Lonny would be our tech, along with his pic. Nice touch. Lonny A knew his “stuff”, and was able to turn a highly stressful situation into a successful one. This included the bill, which would’ve broken us were it not for the payment options Lonny’s company offers (and that he was able to explain in clear and basic terms). He worked very quickly, neatly, and efficiently. Thank you for having people like Lonny; people who know their subject and are excellent communicators.

A man name Trent came by he showed me his card before coming in the house. He fixed my sink without a problem. I needed a new part,and he provided to me for free. EXCELLENT...EXCELLENT...EXCELLENT.... I would definitely use them again. And they are highly recommended.
