Well over priced. Get a 2nd estimate before going with this company. Service was good when they arrived, however, I was told they would be there on a specific day and that didn’t happen. I was told they would finish the job in one day and that didn’t happen. Since they didn’t finish in one day they said they would be there the next day. That didn’t happen. And I was doing all the calling only to discover they weren’t coming. No call or heads up from their staff until I called. Basically it took them 4 days to do a job that they said would be done in 1. They lost my business.

The installer was great. He explained the water filtration system (H2 Zero) completely. Before we decided, he showed us pictures on his phone on what the installed system would look like since he he installed it in his own home. He tested my mom's water, which was 193 in the kitchen and explained the difference in the levels of bottled water. He was extremely patient. My mom is 82 and he answered all of her questions as many times as she repeated herself. He was extremely knowledgeable about the system. I cannot make out the installers name on the paperwork (Mike or Miles), but his number is 1163. I not only recommend Roto Rooter, but also this installer in particular.

I had water in my water heater pan (new water heater!) so called Fast of Florida to find the cause of the leak and fix it. They scheduled appointment fast. My technician Jasil (JP) was very professional, located the cause of the leak very fast, fixed it and took time to ensure that it’s truly fixed. He also patiently explained to me the issue and what he did to fix it. He also was great to explain all pricing options and answer all my questions.

He came and did an energy audit that comes with the annual service agreement we have. He was very friendly, professional and over the top knowledgeable about other services he was providing and could answer all of our questions. He also provided reasonable solutions for our needs and we would definitely recommend performance as a company but also Marvin as a tech for AC and Electrical work

I am very satisfied with the work Tom and Zach did replacing a toilet.

Don was there within the hour on Jan 2. Diagnosed problem and got to work. Grateful for GW.

I have to recommend their services because they are so excellent. I am sure the whole team is great but I am especially impressed by Jarret. He is the first one from the company who came to fix our kitchen leak. He was very humble, patient, and thorough. He made sure there was no potential problem before he left. We were actually touched by him when he came to fix another problem that was caused by a handyman. It was after 10pm and he was not on-call. He deserves a bonus! He did not simply fix the problem, he also educated us on the proper ways building a shower. We decided to use their services for the shower. As I said, the whole team is great. More surprisingly, after the shower was finished by other teammates, he stopped by to fix a problem that we had been having for a long time, the hot and cold water were opposite. We actually didn’t request it, but he explained to us that his company would only do the right things for customers although it costs extra work. We are so thankful that they took good care of our plumbing. They are reliable. Their services are above and beyond! Thanks Jarrett!
