Anybody messing with this people be careful, they are professional cheaters. In my case we agreed to a price and they added staff to the contract without my knowledge thus charging me almost the double amount. Just a warning be very careful what you sign with them.

We were having a problem with our water softener after a power outage and needed help from Pink Plumber. I had reset all of the date/start times on the timer, touched the recycle button and nothing happened. Mike Gregorio from Pink Plumber arrived at our house, reviewed what I did, then pushed and held the restart button....system turned on!! Mike said he was happy to help, no charge and left....he said no charge for learning how to hold down a button...thanks again Michael!

Mr. Rooter came the day I called and took care of an all day very involved plumbing issue. I was out of town and he thoroughly explained, complete with videos, what needed to be done and why. He also followed up the following day to make sure everything was working properly. I am very pleased and feel confident to have Mr. Rooter my go to plumbing company.

There customer service, or whomever the lady was that answer the phone is very very rude. I called to request a gas piping installation as a contractor. I was placed on hold, then another lady picked up the phone and yelled, WE DONT DEAL WITH CONTRACTORS! Then she hanged up the phone abruptly while I was still on the line.
