Lamar came to our commercial school property to fix an A/C issue, and I couldn't be happier with his service. He was punctual, friendly, and most importantly, he quickly solved our problem. We needed to have a water heater replaced after our propane heater became defective. After summoning for their services, Jim and his son arrived within a short span of time, quoted us, and had the job done within 24 hours at a reasonable price. I received quotes from 3 different service companies, and decided to go with Jim’s.
They clearly exhibited their expertise, and made sure to break things down in terms that were understandable. I had a leaking outside faucet bib. They came once to provide an estimate. When I went with them, they scheduled the Monday after the weekend. They arrived on-time and did the work quickly and it looked good. They kept me informed and I’m happy with the result.

A couple of hours after they left, the sewer was backing up again. Exactly the same like before, when I called them they told me there is no warranty. They rip me off $690. Please don't use Allen's Plumbing.
