Had a Saturday urgent situation and after calling many plumbers, Everyday was able to take the job and were here in two hours. Carlos did a great job and price was fair. Will certainly use Everyday again.

Top knoch service.these guys figured out my problem within 10 min...after i had 3 plumbers out that charged me a fortune and didnt solve my problem..The condo below me was getting water in ther ceiling.3 different plumbers blamed it on 3 different things in my condo..Hundreds of dollars later the problem still wasnt solved.finally i contacted plumbing by paul.they were there that afternoon and within 10 minutes found that the leak was coming from a drain in the the unit above me..they were courteous,informative and kept the work space clean..my only regret is not calling plumbing by paul first..i would have saved a fortune and saved myself from a stressfull situation..5 stars

I own a property management company Elite Tampa Bay Realty and I have used The Drain Team for the last 3 years as my plumbing vendor and have been completely satisfied. John does a great job seeing that all my customer work orders are contacted and full filled. The techs including a senior tech named Matt are very honest and skillful at their profession. I highly recommend them.

I contacted Sample Plumbing about what appeared to be a leaking toilet. The first issue was they said they would possibly come out the next day but definitely could the day after. They never called the first day or came out. The second day I called them back and they told me they had a tech coming out. When he came in he lifted the toilet lid and the fill valve tube had simply popped out. He put it back and the toilet was right back to working. Now, I recognize that I made a mistake in not checking for this, but because the water was overflowing in the back of the tank it appeared the water was leaking from the tank or toilet itself. When the tech flushed it a few times and felt sure it was the problem he headed out. I thought he was not going to charge me, and I said 'I need to pay you something for your time'. He said the office would send the bill. I should have inquired more about what the bill would be. As I was shocked when the invoice came for $160.00. The tech was in my house for 5 minutes. I certainly understand drive time, etc... I called the office and spoke to Simone, she said she didn't handle billing. I asked if a supervisor or someone in billing could call me back. I told her I was perfectly fine with paying $80 or $100 as I know a lot of service calls require that for appliances and things to be checked. I was happy to pay something for his time, I just felt the cost was really unfair based on the service provided. Simone said the tech logged he was at my house for 15 minutes. 10 of those I know he was sitting in his truck (as my office overlooks the street). And my question now is, does 15 minutes and no work justify $160? I asked Simone to call me back after she talked to a supervisor or billing. She never called me back. I called back about a week later and again she never called me back. That is just really unprofessional. I would not expect this from a small plumbing company, it seems to me it would make sense to meet in the middle in this situation. I will not be using Sample Plumbing again.

Jamin is the most courteous and professional tradesman that my wife and I have ever encountered. It was a stroke of luck that we got him. I was referred to him by another plumber who was too busy. When I spoke to Jamin he had me text pictures of the work I needed done . I received a proposal right away and the appointment was set for a few days later. Jamin comes fully prepared, on time and he explains everything that will be done with a smile. The great thing about him is that he puts you totally at ease. We had a different plumbing company come out to the house a while back and Jamin is by far the best you can get. He knows his stuff. A big plus is his prices are very reasonable. He cleaned up all the debris and said we can call him anytime. It can't get better than that. You need to call Jamin for all your plumbing work. You will not be disappointed.

Dalton and his crew installed our gas water heater, gas range and a water softener system, and brought in a new water line from the street. He also did all the backbone work for the gas company. Everything that he proposed he did with exceptional quality. They are such a professional company. All our work was permitted work, all inspections passed. We are so thankful to have had Dalton's company work on our home. They are such a joy to work with... This company is the best in St. Petersburg!

Jared was able to come out quickly to unclog a backup in our sewer line. Fast and professional. 2 weeks later we found ourselves needing his services again, this time for a garbage disposal replacement. He took care of picking up a new one and made sure it ran perfectly. Great customer service!

From the start Joe , Customer Service, was professional in taking my call and asking detailed questions and fit in appointment to my work schedule.
Eddie arrived at 5:30 pm, did the estimate and told me the issue I had with both toilets that were not repaired properly last year by another company. Once I agreed to the estimate he immediately went to work and completed the job by 8:00 pm. Great same day service!!
