Chris the plumber showed up on time and early and listened to my issue and came up with good solution and estimate. He even found a coupon to help with the bill. The work was professional and solution permanent. Chris made sure everything in house was working and then cleaned everything up. he was very nice during process.

I have never ever had such a rude salesperson. I am In my late 60’s. I went there to purchase a few shower drain parts. The sales person told me that I was no plumber and that he would not help me resolve my minor problem. He told me that they are plumbers and they do that kind of work. Their website and advertising state that they sell plumbing supplies, I think they sell service and give away free rudeness. I went to Lowe’s and there I found sales people that were knowledgeable and polite. Three years ago I remodeled our kitchen purchasing high end products from McGills you can bet that I will never darken their doors again.

I'm really impressed with this company. It's so refreshing to have a local Saint Petersburg native who runs an honest business and charges a fair price. Lamar came to our commercial school property to fix an A/C issue, and I couldn't be happier with his service. He was punctual, friendly, and most importantly, he quickly solved our problem. I would highly recommend this company to anyone in need of HVAC services.

This was one of the local companies that showed up online for servicing NorthStar water softener systems in my area. We had just moved into a house and I couldn’t get the softener to turn on, so I had a tech come out to assess the problem. Nice guy. He adjusted a loose wire on the digital display, which turned the machine right on, and then he set the recharger timer on the display. We chatted about how & when to add salt....and that was it. Charged me $165. I believe that was an unfair price.

Updated Review: The owner mailed me a personal letter and included a gift card, which was very thoughtful and great customer service. I still believe if parts are being serviced and it's not just a wasted trip that the service charge should be waived. This is just my experience from other companies in times past. Again, company very nice this complaint was only about price not services rendered.

This plumber not only fixed my problem in a timely manner, but he communicated with my the general contractor managing the project, and gave helpful advice on how to handle future issues. Highly recommended.

Had a plumbing problem had 2 plumbing services come out and went with Trust EB. Here's why. They explained everything to me.
Then the owner came over checked everything out exained it and and he also called my husband over the phone and explained everything to him also
They came out, did a nice job of making an access did their thing cleaned up and everything is working great.
Eli also came out during the repair.
If I could give a 10 star I would. They will be my go to plumber from now on. The entire staff is friendly.
