Adam did an inspection for my ac and the duct work as well as just overall checking the system. He was very personable and professional. He went through my system and into my attic and found some leaks as well as poorly installed ducts. He was very knowledgeable and I enjoyed him walking me through my system as well as letting me know what exactly is going to happen over a long term use of the way it is now. He helped out a lot and was very timely on it as well. Our unit stopped working yesterday and had I been home they would have been able to get out that day. Bill came out and walked me through everything Adam had gone over with me an hour previously and also was able to walk me through the best route for the future on what equipment we will need to use. I really enjoyed talking with Bill as we had quite a bit in common as well as he was very detailed with specifics and costs. Both Adam and Bill were on the same page when it came to costs of products and labor. Truthfully I really enjoyed my time with Joe Cool today, the gentlemen that work here are very personable and professional and I am very glad I had such a great experience! What can you say about a plumber that performs work but does not accurately notate the invoice? Plumber Mark had to remove toilet to replace a t-valve (Modern toilet design). We were charged to replace toilet but it was not added to the invoice. Now no warranty for work performed. Toilet is rocking back and forth just 3 months after the work was completed. Manager Dennis says he will check on it and call back. No response from Dennis. This company does not walk their talk. Don't waste your time, incompetent!

I had a major plumbing repair and replacement done by the Drain Team in January 2017 due to poor work done by the previous owners as well as deteriorating clay pipes in my house. I was happy with the work and thought I was done with plumbing issues in this house forever. But a few months ago, I started to experience some of the same issues as I was having before last year's job--foul odors coming from the drains and toilets as well as the drains starting to slow and back up. I called the Drain Team to come out to assess what was going on. After thoroughly looking at all the pipes with a camera and investigating every drain both outside and inside, Dan was able to narrow it down to grease build-up in the kitchen sink pipes due to a cracked drain and an inefficient configuration of the pipes leading to the sink. Although it was not part of the original job from last year, Dan wanted me to be happy with my plumbing so he replaced the drain and the pipes under the sink with new ones, reconfigured the pipes to allow more efficient drainage, and he would not even accept a service call charge for the service. That is what I call true professionalism and customer service--both of which are rarities in this day and age. I would definitely recommend this company (and I already have :)

Jamin is the most courteous and professional tradesman that my wife and I have ever encountered. It was a stroke of luck that we got him. I was referred to him by another plumber who was too busy. When I spoke to Jamin he had me text pictures of the work I needed done . I received a proposal right away and the appointment was set for a few days later. Jamin comes fully prepared, on time and he explains everything that will be done with a smile. The great thing about him is that he puts you totally at ease. We had a different plumbing company come out to the house a while back and Jamin is by far the best you can get. He knows his stuff. A big plus is his prices are very reasonable. He cleaned up all the debris and said we can call him anytime. It can't get better than that. You need to call Jamin for all your plumbing work. You will not be disappointed.
