I had a simple kitchen drain clog. I paid over $360 for this company to do nothing but run a snake through my kitchen pipe ( which I had already removed for them) the clog was back in about 1 week later. They came out a second time and ran the same snake through the same pipe(never going on the roof to run the snake) and 1 week later the clog became worst because what they did was cause a blockage with my washer which runs on the same drain. They never fixed my problem and I had to call another company who came out and fixed my problem from the roof. Everyday wanted me to pay an additional $250 to run a camera through my pipes But that would do nothing for the clog. I feel robbed and will not recommend this company to anyone.

My plumber ROME was awesome, He’s very knowledgeable and explained everything, Didn’t waste time fixing our plumbing problem..VERY PROFESSIONAL.. I DO RECOMMEND!!!

Referred to me by my previous Plumber who was booked. Jamin arrived on time. He is courteous, skilled and did not recommend anything i didn’t need. On a subsequent call, Jamin even stopped by late on a Friday when i thought i was having an urgent situation. I appreciated the peace of mind his last moment visit gave me.

Called twice and left a message for service. Nobody ever called back. Don't waste your time, find a plumber that puts customers first!

I cannot say enough good things about McGill Plumbing, but specifically my Plumber, Mark. While here on a scheduled service call to remedy a missing gasket on the overflow drain in a tub, Mark noted that we had 1/2” piping at a junction from the waste drain leaving the tub. Mark explained that over time the small diameter could fill with soap scum, hair, sand from the beach, etc and I’d be calling him frequently to address clogging issues. We had Mark back out to turn this 1/2” junction pipe to a 1 1/2” pipe (I also am not sure if I’m using all the correct terminology). The quickness at which both services were completed were appreciated. I also appreciated the kindness and patience Mark took with me during explanations. They were extremely punctual and tidy during their visit. I will 100% be calling McGill in the future should I require their services!!

We recently had a central air system go down in the middle of the summer heat. They responded right away and got us up and running. Highly recommend!
