The guy they sent out to do my job was awesome. He was super nice and did a great job installing all new hardware in my tub and shower. Not sure about their other guys, but Anthony was awesome.

James did a great job resolving our clogged drain issue. Will definitely be utilizing his services in the future for additional projects.

These guys are nothing but clown car operators. I will never use them again. Very unprofessional. They were hired by my GC to completely redo all sewer lines and plumbing as part of my home renovation. Nearly a $500k project overall with probably $30k plus for plumbing. They were not on time. Their people were sloppy leaving parts all over the place. Lost critical parts to a $3k rainshower. They have been back 4 times 3 different people and it still doesn’t work. We were scheduled to move into our home today and we’re told they couldn’t come back to finish the critical stuff we needed for day to day living until next Tuesday. Very poor quality. Very poor service. Not responsive. No passion they just don’t care. Very disappointed. Avoid them. They are terrible.

After weighing the pros and cons of each scenario, I was able to come to a decision that worked best for me. Our technician Rae'Quaris Metcalf from Joe Cool Home Services was on time and observed COVID-19 protocols and was equipped with a face mask, had gloves and hand sanitizer. Rae’Quaris keep their distance and made sure our personal safety is our priority, so he went over everything and waited for us to ask questions. Great tech and friendly person!

These gentlemen were VERY good- professional and clean. What i really appreciate is they give an estimate first and then they are prepared to do the work right then - no reexplaining to a new crew what the estimate involved.
