Best Commercial Plumbing Problem in Saint Petersburg FL

I can't say enough good things about the service of this company, this is maybe my 3rd review. I will continue to use them as my go to plumbing company Justin is the best and he goes above and beyond every time!

Fantastic experience with Tampa Bay Plumbing. This was my 1st experience with this company. I called for emergency service on gas water heater for our commercial property. They had someone out very quickly and replaced both in the day. They told me they wouldn’t leave until my tenants had hot water! Pulled through and everyone is happy!
I highly recommend this company!

Prior to the plumber coming the company called and provided an ETA and an email of the plumbers profile, including his picture. It helped knowing who was showing up to do the job. Felix showed up on time. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. Provide me with the details of repair prior fixing anything. Was quick and clean with his work.

Scotto Plumbing came out yesterday to fix a clogged sink, Antonio was the employee to come out to fix it he was great very friendly, explained everything that was going on and kept us updated. He got the sink working again. I definitely recommend Antonio and Scotto's Plumbing.

The service is on point, the employees are professional and the prices are fair. I have only used them at my employers facilities a hand full of times, but they are our go-to plumbing service. John, a direct Graywater is our contact, and I intend to replace my current residential plumber with Graywater going forward.

I had Clog Kings come out to my house to video a sewer line. Their rep was there, on time, took care of everything, and explained the repair strategy and process, thoroughly. I definitely recommend them and will continue to use them.

The best plumber I ever had! Whenever anyone has an issue I always refer him. He has helped various issues I’ve had in my house over the years and I won’t use anyone else unless he says they are good.

Needed an “emergency” shower valve repair on Sunday afternoon. Called and got an appointment for between 4 & 5 PM. Chris arrived at 4:20 and took less than 30 minutes to do the repair with parts that I had already purchased. Charged a reasonable service charge and we are back in business water wise. Chris was very professional and personable.

This in response to the owner of the company’s response to my husband James Hill review. The technician Triston and or his helper did not give me a price quote. I did not at any point expect to be hit with a $235.71 bill to change out a simple part that really only took about a half hours worth of work , charged an hour for time taken shutting the main off then Triston having to change direction of shut off because he put it on wrong the first time. Yes, the owner Caesar did call me to check on service only to find out it was in response to my husband’s review, and yes I did mention the price was high and that my husband discovered a coupon online but technician did not mention it to me....but I do see the a have a VIP PRICE for repeat customers....well, ok that was your chance to sharpen your pencil a give the a new customer a reasonable price. But instead you reply to your honest reviews in such a negative way.

Called for pricing and it was like pulling teeth. Guy answering phone appeared to be under the influence of something. He was not knowledgeable and was rude. I can't imagine how they have any business.

Excellent experience with this company. Pipe failure at our lift station caused a halt in our operations. Tom came out asap and worked with the city to coordinate the repairs that needed to be made. Thank you Salemme and thank you Tom. Highly recommended.
