Best Sewer Pipe Repair in Saint Petersburg FL

I have had rats in the house even after I had the house sealed--Technician Tyler came with his smoke machine and used it to detect leaks in the sewer system under the house. He was prompt, courteous, and efficient. He explained the procedure and results to me. Thanks to this service, I know what to do next.

This is the 2nd time using R.Rooter and they did not let us down with the excellent service. Mike, the tech who answered the call was very professional, honest with the diagnosis and did his best to keep things clean even after he got the job done. There wasn't much room to get it done but still made it happen without issue. Normally I try to get it done myself but when I cannot with work etc I have to admit that I call these professional plumbers. Much appreciated!!

Best plumber in St. Pete! We are so glad that we found them. Very fast, extremely nice, reasonable prices. First time we could not close a valve, they managed to close it and did it for free! Second time we had a vanity connected and a toilet flange replaced. We are real customers, this is not a fake review. Love Performance Air! Our tech Robert was incredible! We had a very unique issue that caused multiple problems with our unit and fried our thermostat. Robert came same day, he was easy to talk to and could effectively troubleshoot, and did not leave until the problem was resolved. We have had Performance Air out two other times and every experience has been great!

Stan and his crew recently replaced our 11 year old water heater - not only did Stan provide good, accurate, not trying to oversell you advice, CW uses a high quality brand of residential water heater and can provide an extended warranty and annual service plan. His office staff is smart, friendly and very responsive both by phone and text. The two installers were professional, careful and very helpful in answering questions - Stan also stopped by to check on the installation. Cannot say enough good things about CW Plumbing and will use them for all our future plumbing needs!

They will stay until a solution has been found. They do not give up, they are relentless at finding pipe locations. I have a 1984 home with copper pipe in the slab. They knew where to go and their diagnosis was on point with re routing pipe and abandoning the leaky pipe. Check out how clean the soldering is on the copper.
