Best Plumbing Repair in Saint Petersburg FL

I contacted Mr. McCormick regarding a leak in my mother's home in Seminole FL ( I am a daughter who lives out of state) . I am writing this to compliment Mr. McCormick and his staff members of their excellent professionalism from beginning to end. It is exciting to deal with such KIND & HONEST professionals. And most importantly going OVER & BEYOND the call of duty. It eases my mind to know that although I am thousands of miles away --- my mother is in great hands and that her issues are handled promptly and correctly. Thank you Mr. McCormick for running such an awesome company !!

The Guys were fantastic. Removed and repaired some piping under a sink and repaired a water connection behind the fridge. They were super quick, professional, nice and ON TIME! Absolutely thrilled and relieved there's one less project to do. Great work and will absolutely use again if needed!

Extremely disappointed with customer service this was initial call they promised to call back that didn’t happen, and when I called again just seemed very abrupt, maybe the lady was having a bad day!!!

The installer was great. He explained the water filtration system (H2 Zero) completely. Before we decided, he showed us pictures on his phone on what the installed system would look like since he he installed it in his own home. He tested my mom's water, which was 193 in the kitchen and explained the difference in the levels of bottled water. He was extremely patient. My mom is 82 and he answered all of her questions as many times as she repeated herself. He was extremely knowledgeable about the system. I cannot make out the installers name on the paperwork (Mike or Miles), but his number is 1163. I not only recommend Roto Rooter, but also this installer in particular.

Advanced Plumbing put in our new water heater and the price was way more reasonable than the other companies that gave me a quote. Technician was very pleasant too.

Work was performed satisfactorily by Scott.Apart from that, I am extremely upset by the cost charged by Fast to simply substitute a simple rubber gasket. This job took 20 minutes and in spite of having a contract, I had to pay $172.00, amount which is ridiculously high taking into account job done.I am seriously considering not using FAST services any more in the future. REALLY VERY DISAPPOINTING!!!

I’ve been using Performance AC for the last couple of years for AC and Plumbing. They have always been great. This time my plumbing backed up and Austin came out to fix it for me. Not only he got the job done quickly, he also did a diagnostic to show me why my plumbing backs up once in a while and a possible solution. Also, everyone I have ever talked to at Performance AC is so polite and pleasant. I highly recommend their service should you ever need it.

Romo walked me through the issue I was facing and told me how I could fix it myself because he couldn’t come out until next week. His information help me solve the solution on my own. I’ll definitely think about Romo Plumbing the next time we have a plumbing need.

Stan does great work and gives excellent suggestions for where your plumbing related appliances will work best. He keeps in contact with you throughout the duration of the project at hand. He and his crews arrived when they were scheduled to and finished the job(s) on time.

Can never get anyone to answer or a call back???? Are they still in business? Finally talked to someone and she was extremely rude and didn't listen to what I was asking her and decided today she wasn't interested. The guy who does the plumbing is very nice, I've talked to him before but the lady who does the phone needs a lesson in customer service. She lost a few hundred dollars and future business.
