John and Sonny did a great job. First they found the problem and then they jetted all of the pipes totally clean. I am very satisfied. And they were fun to work with. Really nice men who were quiet and respectful of me as the homeowner who works from home. I would hire them again in a heartbeat (of course, I hope I never need them ever again!).

The installer was great. He explained the water filtration system (H2 Zero) completely. Before we decided, he showed us pictures on his phone on what the installed system would look like since he he installed it in his own home. He tested my mom's water, which was 193 in the kitchen and explained the difference in the levels of bottled water. He was extremely patient. My mom is 82 and he answered all of her questions as many times as she repeated herself. He was extremely knowledgeable about the system. I cannot make out the installers name on the paperwork (Mike or Miles), but his number is 1163. I not only recommend Roto Rooter, but also this installer in particular.

I thought I had a toilet drain issue when instead I was shown what was wrong with how the tube that fills the tank was not in the right place. It immediately fixed my so called problem. The toilet bowl was not filling up with enough water to flush properly. I commend Justin P for his genuine honesty and demeaner. I could not have had a better experience. I now have a new relationship with a company that I feel is very trustworthy and professional. I am in good hands now. Thank you for your excellent service! I was scheduled between five and seven but I was told something more important came up and they decided to cancel my appointment and called the wrong number. I had given a new number for this appointment, but they claimed to have called a different number that was on file. Either way this is the second time they’ve had to reschedule. They can’t ever seem to keep an appointment. So here I sat for two hours waiting for someone who was never coming to begin with!!! If I didn’t have a 30 day warranty I would never use these people again!! If I had the option of zero stars that’s what they would be given

Very responsive to request to send an electrician to get estimate for installing and replacing motion sensor lights. Troy came on a Wednesday and after I accepted the estimate he was back the following Monday to do the job. Troy arrived ahead of the timeframe I was given and completed the job quickly. Troy was very pleasant, explained what he had done l, and did a great job of cleaning up the job site. This was my first encounter with Midway Services and I am very happy and highly recommend them.

Guardian Plumbing did a repiping of my home. Adam, the owner, is friendly, very knowledgeable and always available to answer questions. Anthony supervised the job and did an amazing job.
