So far we have only gotten an estimate from them, but their customer service in getting the estimate to us was excellent. They responded to my call right away and spent a good amount of time on the phone with me, twice, explained things in a way that we could understand. And their estimate seemed very fair to me.

On time arrival, efficient, cost-effective, willing to explain, and very courteous. Highly recommend.

Called to discuss options for new water heater. They were very responsive and provided a quote after some discussion. Price was competitive with no hidden charges. Scheduled an installation a week out due to my schedule. They arrived on time and completed install as ordered and were done in 1 hour and 45 minutes. Very pleased with no issues. Would highly recommend.
Referred them to a friend a week later who had a leaking water heater and they installed a new one within 2 days. Friend was very pleased with install and price.

Was looking for a local company and so glad I found DNS. Needed a gas shut off valve installed and had no idea of the cost. Called and they were able to get me a quote very quickly and scheduled the next day. The cost was less then the google estimate! Will absolutely call them again with any further plumbing heating needs. 👍

MSP called me twice to reschedule a furnace tuneup with the reason that their professionals had run into unexpected repair needs. This was the same reason stated in October and then today. The same person called me to cancel my appointment and had no record of my previous appointment or call that he made to cancel. I think they just got too busy with their fall tuneup promotion and couldn't service folks with their current staffing levels. This is just a guess on my part but I have not ever had this experience before. Needless to say I canceled my service needs with them as I do not feel they are reliable and I cannot restructure my days anymore.

We have always had exceptional Bonfe service people at our home but Jason went above and beyond our expectations. He was very respectful, friendly and competent . He took time to explain what the problem was, what he needed to do to make the repair, and what the cost would be. He worked quickly and made sure everything worked, and at the same time we had a friendly conversation. He even laughed at my jokes. We would definitely request him the next time we need any work done.

Our experience with Ryan this past Sunday was fantastic. First, he answered the phone when I called at approximately 11:15 PM the night before to inquire about an AC repair once we realized that it had broken. Then, he arrived promptly at 11:00 AM the following morning (having given us an arrival time window of 11:00 AM - 1:00 PM) and began assessing the problem. He worked diligently until our AC was fixed, finishing up within approximately one hour. It has worked great ever since! While no-one wants to face the hassle or expense of an unexpected appliance repair I would absolutely recommend Krinkie's to anyone with Heating or AC needs. They've been great!

Like others, I took advantage of Apollo's annual $59 tune-up season special and took comfort in their high Google 4.8 rating as a credible firm to work with -- because as a new homeowner, I'm still learning about all aspects of my house and have to put my trust into new people I'm working with.Before even pulling the panels off my furnace, the Apollo technician told me about how old the unit was and likely it was it'd need to be replaced. His proof points were markings from an old inducer motor leak and cracked coating around the heat exchange ringlets. He got me in a panic that carbon monoxide could start leaking at any time from the heat exchange at any time. Well because I have a home warranty, I ended up calling them at the end of Apollo's tune-up to which they sent out a different local HVAC firm the following day.That technician very calmly and thoroughly diagnosed that the issues Apollo claimed were critically dangerous were just in fact some normal superficial wear on a 20+ year old unit. He also explained that Apollo--like others in the HVAC industry--is known to deploy shady tactics to try to sell you a new furnace on the initial technician visit -- rather than a true service call. That's apparently where the industry is at: many HVAC technicians are just salespeople to scare homeowners into new units. In my personal experience, that's the kind of company Apollo showed me to be.

Nate was great at explaining how the K5 drinking water filtration system functioned. He worked with us as far as where the location of the tanks could go and showed us how to access everything. The way the system was installed allowed us to still have the storage underneath our sink for cleaning supplies and such. Nate was able to put the housing of the filters in our pantry and then connect it to the refrigerator. Nate was very kind and courteous, and made sure to clean up after he had to drill through the granite and drywall in order to access our refrigerator to tie the drinking system into the refrigerator. Can’t wait to have awesome water come through the fridge and ice machine!

My wife set-up an appointment to have an undermount bathroom sink bowl installed, to replace a sink bowl that had cracked. Joel arrived within the service window. It was immediately apparent that it was not work he wanted to do, for whatever reason. He informed me that it's a 'very rare' job...which is hard to believe as these are quite common. I had a replacement sink bowl purchased and ready to go. After pondering it a bit, he came back with a quote of $752. According to several contractor friends I'd spoken with, this is DOUBLE what the high-end cost for this job should've been. Joel noted that the job would take about 2 hours; it's was only sealing the sink to the marble and the reconnecting the pipes. So almost $400/hr for his time? I feel it was a straight-up swindle and he just inflated the cost so he'd walk out without any work and the $69 visit fee. I'm assuming this is a common practice with Soderlin, to inflate prices and then laugh all the way to the bank when they've conned the customer or walk away with $69 for 10 mins of poking around. We were scammed. I would caution working with this outfit, especially without any price range estimate before the service visit (which Joel said they don't do). Hired them for a furnace inspection for townhouse sale. They said the furnace heat exchanger was cracked and the furnace needed to be replaced.
Hired another tech and as he replaced it found that it was fine. Only the A-coil was dirty and needed cleaning.
They are like 50% of the HVAC contractors out there, just trying to sell new AC and furnaces.

We’ve hired Silver Tree to install a humidifier and service our furnace and AC. We got unlucky with some parts (not their fault at all) and the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable every time.

Charly had new taps and faucets put up by himself and two of his plumbers. Due to financial constraints, I had to hire a plumber, and his quote was the most reasonable of many who showed up.

This was the first time I’ve used Bruce Nelson Plumbing Danny was prompt, courteous and kind he worked very efficiently and was very pleasant to be around he replaced a 55 year old shower mixer in about an hour would highly recommend this company again

WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER DONE BUSINESS WITH!! SHEILA the customer service rep who handles the scheduling and service calls is the most absolutely RUDE AND Unprofessional person i have EVER dealt with through a company that is supposed to be a company who provides a service.
