Immediately after I called, Kevin and Charly came to fix my aging boiler. They were helpful, cordial, polite, patient, and knowledgeable. I am grateful to Kevin for the knowledge he imparted to me on the machinery and its maintenance. If I ever need anything else, I know who to call.

They went above and above to remedy a leak in my plumbing after an initial miscommunication, with the owner even making a personal appearance to inspect the work. I was blown away by these guys since it was obvious how much they valued their business and their consumers. It's very appreciated.

I needed to move the pipeline behind the kitchen to make it flat with the wall, so I contacted Minneapolis Plumbers Charly and Kevin were easy to schedule, and they arrived on time. They were prompt, thorough, and polite in their work, and they cleaned up after themselves when they were done.

Pipe burst and we were unable to turn off the water at the valve above it; by the time we turned off the main valve in the cellar, there was a minor flood. Called, arrived in 30 minutes, and completed the repair in 10 minutes. Thanks for the speedy repair!

Charly had new taps and faucets put up by himself and two of his plumbers. Due to financial constraints, I had to hire a plumber, and his quote was the most reasonable of many who showed up.

Charly and his helper were quick to help, polite, and flexible. Working with them was a delight. Charly is irreplaceable because he (built vanities and sinks) is very good. We called in three separate businesses to fix a problem with our exterior drains. Kevin and his guy gave us a precise arrival time, arrived promptly, and performed a MUCH better job diagnosing and repairing the problem. People had quoted us thousands of dollars, but he fixed it for hundreds, and he was friendly and simple to work with.

After getting us started, Kelvin handed off the task of replacing the pipes and waste line in our 60-year-old home. He was very helpful in answering my questions and updating me on the progress. He and Charley both showed up on time every day and saw to it that we had running water and sewer by nightfall. Because the crawl space is inconveniently located in a bedroom closet, they went as far as laying down floor coverings and installing a special zippered tarp above it. One of my top picks!

In a word, these fellas rock. I had a problem on a Sunday and called, assuming I'd get a voicemail, but instead, Charly answered the phone. Someone got me out the next day, and they said I could come in as a float the day after that if I wanted (which means they were completely booked but would take me if they could). Extremely competent, friendly, and quick to resolve my sewer problems. And Kevin, although skilled and approachable, makes a living by taking advantage of his customers. Many thanks, Kevin.

On the Saturday before our first child was due, our toilet leaked all over the bathroom. To find out if someone could come out the same day to replace the toilet, I contacted Minneapolis Plumbers. Charly was quite helpful, and they arranged for a technician to come out and replace our toilet the very same day we called. Within an hour or so following my call, Charly showed up. In less than two hours, he took out the old toilet and put in the new one. The staff at Kevin came to my rescue when I realized I couldn't go to the bathroom because I was 40 weeks pregnant. I really appreciate everyone.

Minneapolis Plumbers did an excellent job and I could not be happier with the results. The original iron pipes in our hot water heating system were corroded and leaking badly. We had many contractors come out to offer us estimates because we weren't utilizing heat during the summer. Most gave us extremely high quotes and insisted on tearing out significant parts of our nearly century-old walls to replace the pipes. Since all the rust was revealed in the basement, Charly only had to replace and patch the exposed sections, and he was able to do it in a few hours at a very affordable cost.
