Josh from Rumpca Services came to our home to repair our A/C. He was professional and courteous and took the time to explain what had caused our A/C to fail. He replaced the part that had failed and also checked our thermostat, noting that one wire had never been connected, which he then connected for us. He did all this quickly, thoroughly and efficiently. We were very happy with the service and would not hesitate to call Rumpca's again!

SCAM ALERT! you pay $79 to give them an opportunity to come in and look for work. I have two outlets in the kitchen that quit working after some remodeling work was done. First you have to listen to his sales pitch and look at glossy brochures. The focus WAS NOT what can I do for you, but what am I going to sell you! He wanted to go upstairs and check the outlets in the entire house, access tonite bedrooms and basement and wherever he wanted to go. He wanted me to pay for the diagnostic at $750 or so. Yes that is not a typo, it was 750 and could be as much as 3,000 to 5,000. He had a whole price list that was scary. He was NEVER going to just fix the outlets or attempt to fix the outlets, only if I would pay the diagnostic fee and then fix everything he identified which could mean a new panel or anything else. So the minimum I was going to have to pay was nearly $1,000 or MORE and he kept saying we take a total wholistic approach for your safety and oh you can just empty your checkbook out for me.Total waste of time and money. I would NEVER invite them back into my house again. They are not interested in the customer, they are interested in scaring you and forcing you to pay large fees and if you aren’t willing then you you must be willing to accept living in a scary risky home. Total scam. Buyer beware.

They charged me 500 bucks to replace a shower faucet cartridge. It was less than 15 min of work and a 50 dollar part. The price was way too high for such a simple repair. I would understand 250-300 bucks but 500 is excessive for that repair.

Tristan was professional and gave me a lot of good advice and maintenance pointers. I can tell that he is very knowledgeable in his field of work. Highly recommend!

Our experience with Ryan this past Sunday was fantastic. First, he answered the phone when I called at approximately 11:15 PM the night before to inquire about an AC repair once we realized that it had broken. Then, he arrived promptly at 11:00 AM the following morning (having given us an arrival time window of 11:00 AM - 1:00 PM) and began assessing the problem. He worked diligently until our AC was fixed, finishing up within approximately one hour. It has worked great ever since! While no-one wants to face the hassle or expense of an unexpected appliance repair I would absolutely recommend Krinkie's to anyone with Heating or AC needs. They've been great!

Everyone I have worked with at Aquarius thus far has been great. Although my experience with the product itself has been horrible. I’ve had technicians at my home several times since having my water softener installed in late January. I’ve had everything installed from Aquarius and my water quality is still poor aside from the RO system. We have been dealing with the hard water feeling since day 1, strong chlorine smells in the water (we purchased the chlorine system to fix this), yellow stains in our toilets/bath tubs, and most recently high iron content in the water (they said this was the cause of the hard water feeling). Aquarius installed an iron filter for us a few days ago and since then we have had a black film cover our bathtub every night after giving our toddler a bath. Also, we had a huge blowout from the new system in our basement of black dust that covered almost our entire room.

I don’t know if we have just had bad luck, but our neighbors who utilized different companies for their softeners haven’t had any issues at all. As I said earlier my interactions with everyone at Aquarius has been awesome, but at this point regret my buying decision.

***After all this they came a made things right! Everything is working great now.

We had a drain clog backup that caused water to cover our entire basement. I called Ken’s around 6pm and they were over in about 30 minutes. The completed the job in a short time and the price was fair. I would recommend to anyone looking for a reliable plumber in the metro area!

Very Pleasant to work with. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone. My water heater started leaking and they came the same day to replace it and they took the old one with them! The plumber on site was very helpful and also fixed my shower that had been leaking for almost a year. Very happy customer!

My AC needed some TLC and Bill Rascher employee knew exactly how to bring my unit back to factory standards very impressed.

My wife set-up an appointment to have an undermount bathroom sink bowl installed, to replace a sink bowl that had cracked. Joel arrived within the service window. It was immediately apparent that it was not work he wanted to do, for whatever reason. He informed me that it's a 'very rare' job...which is hard to believe as these are quite common. I had a replacement sink bowl purchased and ready to go. After pondering it a bit, he came back with a quote of $752. According to several contractor friends I'd spoken with, this is DOUBLE what the high-end cost for this job should've been. Joel noted that the job would take about 2 hours; it's was only sealing the sink to the marble and the reconnecting the pipes. So almost $400/hr for his time? I feel it was a straight-up swindle and he just inflated the cost so he'd walk out without any work and the $69 visit fee. I'm assuming this is a common practice with Soderlin, to inflate prices and then laugh all the way to the bank when they've conned the customer or walk away with $69 for 10 mins of poking around. We were scammed. I would caution working with this outfit, especially without any price range estimate before the service visit (which Joel said they don't do). Waited two weeks for an estimator to come out only to get a voicemail one hour before the appointment saying that the company doesn’t work in multi family buildings. I came to St. Paul Pipeworks because they were recommended by a smaller plumber who only does single family, which I explained. Very unprofessional and disappointing service.

*Update for clarity: there is no special equipment required, the job is a PVC drain pipe replacement.

We had a leak at our water main shut off from a manufacturer defect. I called the emergency service number and they arrived within few hours and made the repairs in about 20 minutes. Great level of service!
