Best Water Conditioning Installation in Saint Paul MN

Had a plumbing appointment.

As of December 2019 Aabbott Ferraro is out of business. I think they went under sometime early in 2019, but not sure. Their phone number rolls over to another heating business with very poor reviews. Not sure why their website is still up when from everything I can find they don't exist anymore. Sad because they were good.

Great customer service and friendly. Nate did an awesome job explaining every finding. Electric inspection went good.

The tech did a nice job.However I am very concerned about the cost.Last spring you folks sold us a new water softener and with the service call to repair a pipe it costs over $5000. This seemed very high.Then yesterday the repair of our air conditioner costs us $740. Again this seemed VERY high.We used to use Appollo and we never paid those kind of rates.We are strongly considering going back to them.

We needed to get a new boiler and had multiple places come out to do a bid. Not only was Metro the best value, but they were so easy to work with. Andrew S and Josh A were our two technicians, and they did a fantastic job. Then, once they finished, Andrew didn't laugh at us (at least not to our faces) when we had him give us a step by step guide on how to do everything with our new boiler. (We took copious notes and, again, he didn't laugh.) Our new boiler takes up SO much less space, is energy efficient, and we're so pleased with our experience with Metro Heating and Cooling.

Had a water heater replaced and am very happy with their service. Jared and Tim were great and very helpful. I will be calling them again for any future work that might be needed.

I had Heater and Air Conditioner replaced. Installation went great. Andy was on time and worked efficiently. Was done when they said he would be. He was very informative and pleasant.

On our yearly AC inspection, the technician took the time to level the AC unit and install an insulating wrap around the pipe that runs into the house. He did a great job!

Our experience with Ryan this past Sunday was fantastic. First, he answered the phone when I called at approximately 11:15 PM the night before to inquire about an AC repair once we realized that it had broken. Then, he arrived promptly at 11:00 AM the following morning (having given us an arrival time window of 11:00 AM - 1:00 PM) and began assessing the problem. He worked diligently until our AC was fixed, finishing up within approximately one hour. It has worked great ever since! While no-one wants to face the hassle or expense of an unexpected appliance repair I would absolutely recommend Krinkie's to anyone with Heating or AC needs. They've been great!

I called Good guys because i heard a drip in my toilet that wouldn't stop, Mitch came over and recommended that I just get a new toilet. After Mitch installed it, it started leaking after 7 months from the base. I told him and they came over and he said that because it not leaking now in front of them that there is nothing they could do about it.

Eventually it happened again and I called a new plumber from another company to fix it, he had to do a pull and resent and also fixed the flanger. He was an old timer and when he saw the installation job, he said, what a bunch of hacks.

Never a good thing when your furnace stops working on a Sunday when the temp is -17 outside and dropping inside. Apollo took my call right away and a technician got back to me within a short period of time. He offered a suggestion - turning the furnace off and on, then when the problem persisted, he came right out and located the problem, plus fixed another problem - a detached hose. I am very happily warm now, and very impressed with the company Apollo and the technician Brad.

Very impressed by DJ and Jim. Needed a high dollar kitchen faucet installed. Not only were they on time but they called to let me know they are coming early! Love it! DJ had lots of important advice to make sure the job was done better than previous. Feeling great about the whole experience and we will have them out again for future services. ~John Anderson

Justen Plumbing does great work. Mike is a honest hard working family man who’s your local neighborhood plumber. He’s a one man show so be patient about him returning calls when he’s busy. But his work as a master plumber is top notch and has honest pricing about his quality work.

Justen plumbing helped install a brand new water Softener for my house after my old original Kinetico one died. I’ve had nothing but soft crystal clean water since. I recommend him to all my family and friends here in the East Metro that need plumbing work or projects. Thanks Mike! You have a lifetime customer in me!

Paul did an EXCELLENT job! He came here expecting to do one repair, but ended up fixing/replacing other things that I let go for too long. He did advise of potential safety issues, which, ultimately, led to me having all the items fixed. I’m so pleased! I’m single and have to rely on, and trust, people like Paul. I feel safer and happier, already, and he just finished the work. I will only use Aquarius Home Services for all my home repair needs.

I called Soderlin Plumbing because they have been around South Minneapolis for years. From the first call, to problem solved, I was impressed.
The issue was, I have had such horrible water pressure going to my outside water faucet for years. My sprinkler was only able to get about 3 feet high.
Ken came over and assessed the issue within 10 minutes and recommended a solution. I agreed and he got to work. Ken was trustworthy and experienced. I am 100% pleased with the results and I no longer have sprinkler envy of my neighbors. Thank you so much Ken!

Phil and Howie were great to work with. Very professional and identified the problem right away. Significantly less expensive than I was expecting. Their plumbing expertise was invaluable in identifying problems from frozen pipes over the winter. Will definitely call on St Paul Pipeworks for future plumbing needs.

I called Janecky from a referral through a friend of mine. They took my call, responded to my needs quickly, scheduled an installation same day, dealt with removing my water softener, water meter and other things to get them out of the way in my compact utility room so that they could remove my 13 year old water heater which was behind all of that, then installed the new water heater. They reinstalled all of equipment back to spec and restored our hot water without any leaks all for the exact price quoted to me by phone.

They came out to do an estimate. Guys we're on time,did great job, and cleaned up after themselves! Helpful in answering any questions about their work. They roughed in a basement bathroom for me for a great price. No surprises when the bill came except the offer of a discount for promt payment. WOW
