They dont seem to care if they scam people. Especially elderly.1 part under warranty 2 hours labor $1000.00!!! Scammers!!

I had a birthday party scheduled in the afternoon and woke up to a water pipe burst right in the morning ..very inconvenient. The lady who took my call was very accommodating and understanding and was able to help me get someone out here asap . Mr. Stephen was great 👍🏼 very helpful . He brought so much tranquility and professionalism. He was able to take care of our issue with great responsibility. I can’t thank him enough ! and Mr. Rooter’s team for the service I’ve received . Great job 👏

We had Master Plumbing Services, LLC came and replaced a water heater in January. After some miscommunication with our home warranty service provider, we were able to get service the next day. Everything completely installed and finished in one day.

Blaylock Plumbing was suggested to us by D.C. Annis. Blaylock did a great job of fixing our broken sewer line. They kept us up to date on the progress and didn't suggest any unnecessary work to be done. Gave us suggestions on what needed to be fixed and let us make the decision without any pressure. Very pleased with everything.

I am a General contractor and maintain and over see several properties.
Commercial and residential. We have used Gust Plumbing for 20 years. They are dependable, honest, and fair priced. We don't use anyone else because they are so good. I highly recommend them for any plumbing projects.

After dealing with two places that blatantly tried to rip me off (one wanted $1100 to change an inducer motor which is a $100/15 min job) I ended up replacing most of my furnace parts myself by watching youtube videos and finding the parts on amazon/ebay. It's about as simple as unplugging and plugging the new part in most of the time, but with the blower motor I ended up tightening a screw too tight and it locked the shaft onto the housing. I called Aabbott Ferraro and I couldn't possibly have been happier with Tim, the tech who managed to fix something that had been a nightmare for me to deal with. The hourly rate seemed high, but he worked quick and efficiently despite the unusual problem I created, so the final bill was much lower than expected. Thanks Tim! The owner and the person answering the phone were also helpful. I can't speak for the other techs there, but I would definitely recommend this company anyone having furnace issues.

Blake and Andrew were great! Andrew was at my house on a Friday night looking at issues with my furnace. Blake was able to arrive at 8:00 on Saturday to give me options for replacement that they installed on Monday. I’ve used this company in the past and I’m always happy with their service.

2 weeks after I had McQuillan out to install a motor in my furnace because the heat wasn't blowing out, I turned on my AC since it's now in the 80s outside. Well, no cold air blowing and the condenser is not running at all. Based on my interaction with the tech they sent out. I had a feeling that he wasn't being 100% straight up with me about the issue and the repair price. So I had another company out to check it and they said that someone disconnected the wire to my condenser that gives it power! They also said, there is no way the wire came loose by itself! McQuillan, you all should be ashamed of yourself to cause a problem just so I'd need more service and might have to call you again.

They did a great job on the plumbing connected to my water heater and at a great price too. Much cheaper than a certain plumbing chain that I used once before. I'll always use Newstrom from now on.

I called Good guys because i heard a drip in my toilet that wouldn't stop, Mitch came over and recommended that I just get a new toilet. After Mitch installed it, it started leaking after 7 months from the base. I told him and they came over and he said that because it not leaking now in front of them that there is nothing they could do about it.

Eventually it happened again and I called a new plumber from another company to fix it, he had to do a pull and resent and also fixed the flanger. He was an old timer and when he saw the installation job, he said, what a bunch of hacks.

This company is great! Mark explained everything thoroughly. Fair pricing.

I called Soderlin Plumbing because they have been around South Minneapolis for years. From the first call, to problem solved, I was impressed.
The issue was, I have had such horrible water pressure going to my outside water faucet for years. My sprinkler was only able to get about 3 feet high.
Ken came over and assessed the issue within 10 minutes and recommended a solution. I agreed and he got to work. Ken was trustworthy and experienced. I am 100% pleased with the results and I no longer have sprinkler envy of my neighbors. Thank you so much Ken!

He installed a hot water heater, left a mess and a water leak. I called and talked to him, he is very friendly but never followed up or offered to fix any issues. I would look elsewhere!
