I have used Gust on two occasions.  The first was when another plumber wasn’t able to complete work in a tight crawl space (in my basement below the bathroom) and so he referred me to Rusty, the owner.

Rusty completed the work and gave me a lot of helpful information, including info on the replacement of my tub faucet, not accessible through the wall behind it. Thanks to this his help, I was able to repair the faucet without putting a hole in the wood-paneled wall where an access should have been.  Two other faucets were repaired quickly on this second service call.

Rusty really seems to care about his customers and explains things in a way that allows me to do some of my own research and legwork. If I had the funds, I’d just let him do all repairs without looking over his shoulder or investigating further, and I’m sure he has plenty of customers who trust him enough to do that. That said, he has been great about educating me as he does the work.

Tim was friendly, prompt,knowledgeable and efficient. I would request his help for any future problems.

Andy worked very hard, under difficult conditions, to clear my entire drain line. But with a 41 year old manufactured home, and a substandard, misaligned, 3-way pipe junction in the way. we failed to reach the main blockage. Just as 2 other service providers had failed.But the next day Andy brought back a very experienced Service Today! plumber, at no additional charge.After the plumber identified, and analyzed the form of, the peculiar piping junction, they found access to the blockage of my entire sewage system. HVAC tech Josh was great. He fixed the furnace problem and offered recommendations on future maintenance. He was very professional. My only complaint is that it took a week to get our appointment and we are supposedly “priority” customers- we pay for the plan to get twice a year servicing and priority scheduling. This should be improved. Thanks.

Repaired my shower valve that had snapped off at the stem. With patience and persistence, Tim removed the old valve from the shower and replaced it with a new one. David suggested I replace my secondary shut off valve down in the basement. I could tell he had my best interest in mind and agreed to have the handle replaced. This business is family owned and these guys are top notch.

Every three years we need to get our septic tank pumped and inspected per city code. I have been using Dan's service for the last few times and they have been exceptionally easy to work with. Shows up on time, leaves the invoice on the front door and done. I love the fact I can rely on them to be on time with little effort on my part. Thanks for making things easy!!

We hired Erik Nelson Plumbing to analyze and repair a serious mistake done by a previous tradesman. Jaron and Nick studied the problem with care and not only installed a required component but determined that an expensive replacement recommended by the previous service was not required. Saved us a bundle. Also did excellent work, explained what was done and did all the finishing touches beautifully. We will use Erik Nelson for all our plumbing needs going forward.

It was quick and easy to arrange an appointment---I submitted a request online that was quickly followed up on and confirmed via phone. On the day-of, I received a reminder text and phone call to notify me when their employee was ~30 min away. The text also included the name and photo of the employee who would be assisting me. Sam helped me out with fixing a valve problem on my sink, and was friendly, professional, and efficient. He was up-front about the cost and was transparent with my options. Very happy with the service overall!

Mike H and Josiah M did a fantastic job fixing a 100 year old leaking and broken main toilet pipe in our family’s very old house. It took creativity and experience to tackle this project in a way that was both fixed the right way up to code, and yet still cost effective! They did a superb job with their communications all along the way, performed high quality installation, and cleaned up nicely. They were respectful and pleasant to work with. All of the other team members at Mr. Rooter were also great at communicating and keeping us informed along the way. Great team, great company! I will be using Mr. Rooter again for my next project!

I tell you what, I could not be any more satisfied with the service provided by Ryan and Drew. They both were absolutely great and very informative. They both projected a great vibe that was centered on meeting the need of me and my family as their customer. Kudos to them both!

Amazing experience! From the time I called in the morning until the job was finished I was very impressed! I had a leaking pipe in my basement. I called on a Monday morning hoping I could get someone out by Tuesday. Leo took care of me on Monday afternoon and did a great job. I will definitely be using Hessian again!

Excellent service. The gentleman responsible for installing our recirculating line and dishwasher also took the time to fix a simple water filter issue I was having. Highly recommend.

I called Good guys because i heard a drip in my toilet that wouldn't stop, Mitch came over and recommended that I just get a new toilet. After Mitch installed it, it started leaking after 7 months from the base. I told him and they came over and he said that because it not leaking now in front of them that there is nothing they could do about it.

Eventually it happened again and I called a new plumber from another company to fix it, he had to do a pull and resent and also fixed the flanger. He was an old timer and when he saw the installation job, he said, what a bunch of hacks.

Shows up first time, looks at the dishwasher and decides he'll have to comeback monday to tear up the walls. Charges $150 to do this look. Shows up late on Monday, cuts up the walls then decides the issue is the dishwasher, leaves a mess, charges $330 more, and did nothing but make a mess and leave holes everywhere. Didn't fix anything.
