Clint and Mike at McQuillan did a wonderful job installing a new boiler and new fin tubing and baseboards in my home. The project took two separate visits and about 3 days total since I ordered some of the materials myself for the baseboard installation, but they scheduled me quickly once my supplies arrived.Not only did they walk me through any issues or trouble spots with my install, they took the time to show me my options and customized the baseboard install to suit the space. They communicated well and consistently so I could understand what was happening. I had them install new baseboards and the end result looks great and exceeded my expectations. I’d definitely recommend this company, the service from both sales and the technicians themselves was excellent from start to finish on my project.

I have been a customer for a few years now. I'm apart of the monthly Comfort Care plan. Just recently had Richard take care of a leaking sink. I believe they have fair prices and have not over sold me on services. I recommend trying them. Thank you Richard for you expertise!

I've always had great service with this company but the guy that looked at my furnace didn't do anything to it. The guy that looked at my hot water heater did a great job, the furnace & air conditioner guy was here for maybe 20 minutes. I feel like the company doesn't believe me.

Derrick S came to fix my furnace and stayed to ensure the repair was working properly, even taking time to check that all the concealed vents were in the open position to ensure proper air flow. He suggested I have the motor fan cleaned and it has made a big difference by increasing air flow!

Our experience with Ryan this past Sunday was fantastic. First, he answered the phone when I called at approximately 11:15 PM the night before to inquire about an AC repair once we realized that it had broken. Then, he arrived promptly at 11:00 AM the following morning (having given us an arrival time window of 11:00 AM - 1:00 PM) and began assessing the problem. He worked diligently until our AC was fixed, finishing up within approximately one hour. It has worked great ever since! While no-one wants to face the hassle or expense of an unexpected appliance repair I would absolutely recommend Krinkie's to anyone with Heating or AC needs. They've been great!

We have been using Apollo Heating and Air Conditioning for years. Ian was here to confirm continued functioning of our air conditioner from a prior visit. He diagnosed the issue, fixed it, and left everything as he found it. Ian also gave us advice on our furnace filter when asked. Apollo technicians are always very professional and efficient.

Paul did an EXCELLENT job! He came here expecting to do one repair, but ended up fixing/replacing other things that I let go for too long. He did advise of potential safety issues, which, ultimately, led to me having all the items fixed. I’m so pleased! I’m single and have to rely on, and trust, people like Paul. I feel safer and happier, already, and he just finished the work. I will only use Aquarius Home Services for all my home repair needs.

My wife set-up an appointment to have an undermount bathroom sink bowl installed, to replace a sink bowl that had cracked. Joel arrived within the service window. It was immediately apparent that it was not work he wanted to do, for whatever reason. He informed me that it's a 'very rare' job...which is hard to believe as these are quite common. I had a replacement sink bowl purchased and ready to go. After pondering it a bit, he came back with a quote of $752. According to several contractor friends I'd spoken with, this is DOUBLE what the high-end cost for this job should've been. Joel noted that the job would take about 2 hours; it's was only sealing the sink to the marble and the reconnecting the pipes. So almost $400/hr for his time? I feel it was a straight-up swindle and he just inflated the cost so he'd walk out without any work and the $69 visit fee. I'm assuming this is a common practice with Soderlin, to inflate prices and then laugh all the way to the bank when they've conned the customer or walk away with $69 for 10 mins of poking around. We were scammed. I would caution working with this outfit, especially without any price range estimate before the service visit (which Joel said they don't do). We had an issue with our radiant in-floor, which is usually difficult to find help. Todd Maul from Cities1 came out and diagnosed our problem, and had it fixed within the hour. He was professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient. In addition, he provided a wealth of information on our system. I now know who I am calling every time I have an issue. This was one of the best service providers I have worked with in a long time!

On the Saturday before our first child was due, our toilet leaked all over the bathroom. To find out if someone could come out the same day to replace the toilet, I contacted Minneapolis Plumbers. Charly was quite helpful, and they arranged for a technician to come out and replace our toilet the very same day we called. Within an hour or so following my call, Charly showed up. In less than two hours, he took out the old toilet and put in the new one. The staff at Kevin came to my rescue when I realized I couldn't go to the bathroom because I was 40 weeks pregnant. I really appreciate everyone.
