I have been using Rumpca Services for over 25 years and prior to that my parents used them for all their heating, cooling and plumbing needs. I moved to Mpls for a short time where I was forced to find another company. Tried 3 others and there was no comparison to the service I always received from Rumpca's!
Exceptional service every time. The prices are fair, no upselling. I am happy to be back in their service area!

Great plumbing company

After dealing with two places that blatantly tried to rip me off (one wanted $1100 to change an inducer motor which is a $100/15 min job) I ended up replacing most of my furnace parts myself by watching youtube videos and finding the parts on amazon/ebay. It's about as simple as unplugging and plugging the new part in most of the time, but with the blower motor I ended up tightening a screw too tight and it locked the shaft onto the housing. I called Aabbott Ferraro and I couldn't possibly have been happier with Tim, the tech who managed to fix something that had been a nightmare for me to deal with. The hourly rate seemed high, but he worked quick and efficiently despite the unusual problem I created, so the final bill was much lower than expected. Thanks Tim! The owner and the person answering the phone were also helpful. I can't speak for the other techs there, but I would definitely recommend this company anyone having furnace issues.

We're very satisfied with our Service Today experience. Their combination of capable, friendly pool technicians and regularly scheduled weekly visits provides us with the consistency we need.

Aaron was great. came home from extended trip to water all over the floor. Aaron came in diagnosed the problem, gave us a reasonable quote, got parts delivered and installed a new water heater in about 4 hours.

I have been a customer for a few years now. I'm apart of the monthly Comfort Care plan. Just recently had Richard take care of a leaking sink. I believe they have fair prices and have not over sold me on services. I recommend trying them. Thank you Richard for you expertise!

John Engler and his assistant Andy from Eric Nelson did a wonderful job getting two broken faucets fixed. Positive attitude, humor and good knowledge and reasonably priced. I highly recommend these guys.

I had Adam come out and help with a plumbing issue. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and effective! He helped educate me as the home owner and came up with a quick successful solution that took care of my issue. In addition let me know what more I can do in the future to help prevent issues.

We have been customers of Krinkie's for many years. Their service is good - they are very reliable. Shane was very honest and knowledgeable on the condition of our furnace and AC. We decided to replace our furnace and AC. The crew (Andy, Joe & Donnie) that completed the installation worked very efficiently. If I had any questions - they were answered in language I could understand. They did a great job.

My air conditioner wasn't working, wasn't connected thanks to another company's poor install of a furnace earlier in the year. Drew fixed it quick and gave me some tips answering all of my questions. Needless to say I won't be inviting that other company back and won't be using anyone else again, learned my lesson, happy with Apollo.

Everyone I have worked with at Aquarius thus far has been great. Although my experience with the product itself has been horrible. I’ve had technicians at my home several times since having my water softener installed in late January. I’ve had everything installed from Aquarius and my water quality is still poor aside from the RO system. We have been dealing with the hard water feeling since day 1, strong chlorine smells in the water (we purchased the chlorine system to fix this), yellow stains in our toilets/bath tubs, and most recently high iron content in the water (they said this was the cause of the hard water feeling). Aquarius installed an iron filter for us a few days ago and since then we have had a black film cover our bathtub every night after giving our toddler a bath. Also, we had a huge blowout from the new system in our basement of black dust that covered almost our entire room.

I don’t know if we have just had bad luck, but our neighbors who utilized different companies for their softeners haven’t had any issues at all. As I said earlier my interactions with everyone at Aquarius has been awesome, but at this point regret my buying decision.

***After all this they came a made things right! Everything is working great now.

After getting bids from two other well-known reputable companies, I decided I wanted the work done by Champion Plumbing. Matt G installed a water heater for me. His work was expertly done in a timely manner. He didn’t mind me watching him and answering my questions. He offered a lot of great advice and other tips….Just an overall great guy! I called Soderlin Plumbing because they have been around South Minneapolis for years. From the first call, to problem solved, I was impressed.
The issue was, I have had such horrible water pressure going to my outside water faucet for years. My sprinkler was only able to get about 3 feet high.
Ken came over and assessed the issue within 10 minutes and recommended a solution. I agreed and he got to work. Ken was trustworthy and experienced. I am 100% pleased with the results and I no longer have sprinkler envy of my neighbors. Thank you so much Ken!

When I called Cities1Plumbing, I spoke with Emily, who was professional and so kind as I was upset and frantic about issues with my home. I was immediately put in touch with Dan who came out to our house with urgency and calmly explained everything to me in such an amazingly clear way. Cities1 saved our home. He addressed problems with ease and was so amazingly professional. I can't say enough about them. I highly recommend!

He installed a hot water heater, left a mess and a water leak. I called and talked to him, he is very friendly but never followed up or offered to fix any issues. I would look elsewhere!

WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER DONE BUSINESS WITH!! SHEILA the customer service rep who handles the scheduling and service calls is the most absolutely RUDE AND Unprofessional person i have EVER dealt with through a company that is supposed to be a company who provides a service.
