Everything from scheduling our service call to getting estimates went smoothly with Aabbott Ferraro. Our service technician Matt S. was knowledgable, courteous, and respectful of my questions. He efficiently diagnosed the problem with our air conditioner and offered a reasonable explanation of alternatives and costs.

Jake from service today performed my service today after coming by before to scope out the list of projects and give a detailed quote. Both times he came to my house he was on time, professional, wore shoe coverings inside, got his work done, cleaned up everything and showed me what was done and was on his way.

The guys were very nice and professional. The service was next day which was very nice and they gave me the option for same day. I was very pleased.

We needed to get a new boiler and had multiple places come out to do a bid. Not only was Metro the best value, but they were so easy to work with. Andrew S and Josh A were our two technicians, and they did a fantastic job. Then, once they finished, Andrew didn't laugh at us (at least not to our faces) when we had him give us a step by step guide on how to do everything with our new boiler. (We took copious notes and, again, he didn't laugh.) Our new boiler takes up SO much less space, is energy efficient, and we're so pleased with our experience with Metro Heating and Cooling.

I needed some major plumbing updates done on my turn of the century home. Justin took the time to provide explanations of everything that needed to be done and provided a detailed bid.

Nick and Jaron spent multiple days at my house on this project. They were always prompt, efficient with their time, and always kept everything clean and tidy along the way. On top of this, they were both super friendly and willing to explain the decisions and options throughout the project.

When our wall mounted boiler (radiant floor heat & hot water supply) suddenly went out I searched for someone familiar with this technology and Krinkie's was listed on the manufacturer's web site. They responded immediately and the tech who arrived was able to diagnose the problem, it turned out that the itemized cost to repair was not worth sinking into equipment that was beyond expected lifetime. He arranged for Joe, Master-Plumber, electrical wizard and all around engineering wizard to provide an estimate for replacement with design tweaks to enhance system and cut energy costs. They installed the system the next day (Saturday) and have since upgraded/replaced our thermostats to Alexa-enabled, remote-sensing Ecobee's that provide incredibly easy-to-use zone heating throughout the house. It's pure luxury to adjust temps anywhere via Alexa and to be able to monitor our home's temperatures, humidity and air quality from anywhere. I can highly recommend all of the technicians at Krinkie's and am blown-away by the depth of knowledge and technical prowess of Joe specifically!

I had used Apollo in the past to install furnace and a/c unit and have had them do routine maintenance and they were great, but I don't know what has happened to their customer service from then until now. Wanted them to reroute some duct work for me and it took nearly a month before I could get them scheduled, but during this time nobody would communicate with me. I had to initiate all phone calls and keep asking for a return calls and never got any. I finally got an estimate a week later after two calls I placed that went unreturned I got a three word text telling what day they would be out but no time. I called the morning they were supposed to come and was told they were not coming and had to reschedule and I think if I hadn't called I would still be waiting for them to show up. I understand they are busy especially during this cold snap, but all I wanted was some communication from them and I would have been ok. They have lost a good customer who had referred them to a lot of family and friends but now they have lost my trust and business.Update: I never received a call today about my concerns as they responded they were going to do. So to my point, the communication does not exist with them. How do you expect to get good reviews if you don't even acknowledge the issue or take care of your existing customers!

Nate was great at explaining how the K5 drinking water filtration system functioned. He worked with us as far as where the location of the tanks could go and showed us how to access everything. The way the system was installed allowed us to still have the storage underneath our sink for cleaning supplies and such. Nate was able to put the housing of the filters in our pantry and then connect it to the refrigerator. Nate was very kind and courteous, and made sure to clean up after he had to drill through the granite and drywall in order to access our refrigerator to tie the drinking system into the refrigerator. Can’t wait to have awesome water come through the fridge and ice machine!

I did not end up using this company, but I just wanted to say that the customer service was phenomenal and I would definitely choose them for the knowledge of any future plumbing issues.

Matt G came to our home right on time & did a fantastic job installing 2 new faucets. He shared helpful information re plumbing techniques & was just a really personable & friendly fella! I'll happily call Champion again & ask for Matt!

Had Soderlin come out to evaluate my mini-split. The tech was extremely thoughtful in the evaluating the situation and just charged the service evaluation fee with some advice to do a simple fix. Really appreciated that he didn’t gouge me with what turned out to be a simple filter issue. 👍

Phil and Howie were great to work with. Very professional and identified the problem right away. Significantly less expensive than I was expecting. Their plumbing expertise was invaluable in identifying problems from frozen pipes over the winter. Will definitely call on St Paul Pipeworks for future plumbing needs.

We had a leaking pipe late on Saturday, July 30. My husband called five different plumbing businesses that said they were 24 hour and seven days a week but two could not come out until Monday or Tuesday. Cities one was the only one that called us back and were able to come out Saturday evening. Jim could not have been more friendly and helpful and his quick response saved a lot of headache for my husband and I. I am thankful for the job they did and they have now earned all my future business. Thank you to Jim and the entire staff at cities one.

Forced into using their services pretty much, multiple different quotes none of which were accurate and then dropped a massive bill on me because I had to use a commercial service for my residential low income housing I was living in. I wouldn't recommend from my personal experience.
