After dealing with two places that blatantly tried to rip me off (one wanted $1100 to change an inducer motor which is a $100/15 min job) I ended up replacing most of my furnace parts myself by watching youtube videos and finding the parts on amazon/ebay. It's about as simple as unplugging and plugging the new part in most of the time, but with the blower motor I ended up tightening a screw too tight and it locked the shaft onto the housing. I called Aabbott Ferraro and I couldn't possibly have been happier with Tim, the tech who managed to fix something that had been a nightmare for me to deal with. The hourly rate seemed high, but he worked quick and efficiently despite the unusual problem I created, so the final bill was much lower than expected. Thanks Tim! The owner and the person answering the phone were also helpful. I can't speak for the other techs there, but I would definitely recommend this company anyone having furnace issues.

I cut the copper pipe that my ground wire was attached to and wanted an electrician out to the house within 24 hours. They came out in the morning and did a full checkup of my electrical in my house. They gave me an estimate to repair the thing I needed and then also wrote up two other estimates that included things they noticed needed upgrading and repair as well. Dave was wonderfully honest and made sure I understood that I wasn't required to have any of the things done but also told me the safety easons why I might want those things done. He was knowledgeable and not salesy in any way which I appreciated. They had Dylan come do the work needed within an hour or so of me signing off on wanting the work done. He was kind and got the work done well and made sure to show and explain to me what he did and answered all my questions. Overall I am very happy with the work that was done and the quality of employees.

Josh K., Michael K, and Clint were very professional and informative. Josh made sure to let me know how each machine functioned, what the readings meant and what the next steps would be. Michael and Clint saved me from days without heat, they were personable and very funny. Thank you guys, enjoy your lunch!

Was looking for a local company and so glad I found DNS. Needed a gas shut off valve installed and had no idea of the cost. Called and they were able to get me a quote very quickly and scheduled the next day. The cost was less then the google estimate! Will absolutely call them again with any further plumbing heating needs. 👍

Air conditioner broke at the worst possible time (of course) and he came out the next morning. On time, AWESOME with my dogs, and gave a clear estimate and the option to replace without a hard sell. He was done super fast and gave great advice for going forward. Fantastic repair experience - highly recommend!

Our experience with Ryan this past Sunday was fantastic. First, he answered the phone when I called at approximately 11:15 PM the night before to inquire about an AC repair once we realized that it had broken. Then, he arrived promptly at 11:00 AM the following morning (having given us an arrival time window of 11:00 AM - 1:00 PM) and began assessing the problem. He worked diligently until our AC was fixed, finishing up within approximately one hour. It has worked great ever since! While no-one wants to face the hassle or expense of an unexpected appliance repair I would absolutely recommend Krinkie's to anyone with Heating or AC needs. They've been great!

Very professional...sent text when on the way, friendly technician who found a problem we were unaware of. Even though the part was a month past warranty they knocked the price in half. We will use them again.

Paul did an EXCELLENT job! He came here expecting to do one repair, but ended up fixing/replacing other things that I let go for too long. He did advise of potential safety issues, which, ultimately, led to me having all the items fixed. I’m so pleased! I’m single and have to rely on, and trust, people like Paul. I feel safer and happier, already, and he just finished the work. I will only use Aquarius Home Services for all my home repair needs.

I called Soderlin Plumbing because they have been around South Minneapolis for years. From the first call, to problem solved, I was impressed.
The issue was, I have had such horrible water pressure going to my outside water faucet for years. My sprinkler was only able to get about 3 feet high.
Ken came over and assessed the issue within 10 minutes and recommended a solution. I agreed and he got to work. Ken was trustworthy and experienced. I am 100% pleased with the results and I no longer have sprinkler envy of my neighbors. Thank you so much Ken!

I gathered quotes from several HVAC providers in the twin cities. Cities1 gave me the best quote. They didn't try to pressure me into anything. They kept things simple: showed up, installed the furnace, charged what they said they would. Can't ask for more!

My AC needed some TLC and Bill Rascher employee knew exactly how to bring my unit back to factory standards very impressed.

DO NOT GET THE SERVICE. STAY AWAY FROM THIS EVIL COMPANY.

Recently our water pipe was leaking in our new house, and I saw their company's tag attached to the water pipe, so I called and get a quote of 126 for fixing it. The repair guy stopped by the first time and notice he forgot his part, so nothing was fixed in the first time (NOT MY FAULT). And the the guy came back the next day and spent 15 minutes fixing the pipe, and then at the end, he told me the bill is amount of approximately 250 dollars (NO ACTUAL STATEMENT GAVE TO ME). I asked why there was a such big gap between the quote from yesterday and what was actually billed to me, he could not tell me why and kept referring the amount was given by his company.

I called the company directly for many times to ask for the ACTUAL STATEMENT and the breakdown details, they WOULD NOT GIVE IT TO ME. They kept calling me to ask my credit card information over the phone without giving me the actual details of the bill, so I refused to pay something so hideous, ridiculous, and unreasonable charges. And then they THREATEN me by saying sending the bill (WHICH I NEVER SEE SO FAR) to the collection.

I am not sure how many of you guys like me being treated unreasonably and threaten by this company. I will for sure have my lawyer talking to them for sending the bill that I never see and of the amount that I was not informed to the collection.

Minneapolis Plumbers has done work for me on multiple occasions. They do excellent work every time, and they always treat me with respect.

Hate hiring plumbers because they charge almost as much as a blood sucking attorney, but I didn't feel violated when this plumber billed me and finished the straight forward installation that would have taken me 10 times as long to do myself. So I would recomend them and call the company again if I had an issue.

Forced into using their services pretty much, multiple different quotes none of which were accurate and then dropped a massive bill on me because I had to use a commercial service for my residential low income housing I was living in. I wouldn't recommend from my personal experience.
