Jason and Kip came to troubleshoot a leak.. they spent time figuring out exactly where it was coming from, and fixed the problem. This was the 2nd time I have used Rascher and am impressed with the work, and how pleasant they are to work with.

Everything from scheduling our service call to getting estimates went smoothly with Aabbott Ferraro. Our service technician Matt S. was knowledgable, courteous, and respectful of my questions. He efficiently diagnosed the problem with our air conditioner and offered a reasonable explanation of alternatives and costs.

Was very surprised the $80 service fee was just to come to the door. Have never encountered a policy like that before. We already had an idea of what was wrong with our AC; wanted a second opinion of options--the same diagnosis would have cost an extra $250 with Service Today! Pricing was vastly greater than several local competitors. Very nice customer service, but absolutely cannot recommend.

We had leak from our dishwasher leaking into our basement. We called and Conor was out to help us within 2 hours!! The problem was fixed within 30 minutes and he explained everything he was doing and answered all of our questions. Such a great experience We have them here now looking into some electrical projects for us!!

Called to discuss options for new water heater. They were very responsive and provided a quote after some discussion. Price was competitive with no hidden charges. Scheduled an installation a week out due to my schedule. They arrived on time and completed install as ordered and were done in 1 hour and 45 minutes. Very pleased with no issues. Would highly recommend.

Was looking for a local company and so glad I found DNS. Needed a gas shut off valve installed and had no idea of the cost. Called and they were able to get me a quote very quickly and scheduled the next day. The cost was less then the google estimate! Will absolutely call them again with any further plumbing heating needs. 👍

Alan Farr, Bonfe master plumber, performed a plumbing inspection on our house which was built in 1925. He very knowledgeably answered all of my questions, explained things he saw in the plumbing system that were good or not so good and provided me with estimates for updates to consider based on the age and wear on the system. He is professional, courteous, and personable. I 100% recommend his expert services!

When our wall mounted boiler (radiant floor heat & hot water supply) suddenly went out I searched for someone familiar with this technology and Krinkie's was listed on the manufacturer's web site. They responded immediately and the tech who arrived was able to diagnose the problem, it turned out that the itemized cost to repair was not worth sinking into equipment that was beyond expected lifetime. He arranged for Joe, Master-Plumber, electrical wizard and all around engineering wizard to provide an estimate for replacement with design tweaks to enhance system and cut energy costs. They installed the system the next day (Saturday) and have since upgraded/replaced our thermostats to Alexa-enabled, remote-sensing Ecobee's that provide incredibly easy-to-use zone heating throughout the house. It's pure luxury to adjust temps anywhere via Alexa and to be able to monitor our home's temperatures, humidity and air quality from anywhere. I can highly recommend all of the technicians at Krinkie's and am blown-away by the depth of knowledge and technical prowess of Joe specifically!

Apollo tech was the consummate professional. Unfortunately I paid over $300.00 for nothing. The Rheem/Richmond over the phone tech diagnosed the wrong part ( igniter) now I'll have to use your service again. I'm retired and on a strict budget. I'm going to feel this mistake for a long time.

Paul did an EXCELLENT job! He came here expecting to do one repair, but ended up fixing/replacing other things that I let go for too long. He did advise of potential safety issues, which, ultimately, led to me having all the items fixed. I’m so pleased! I’m single and have to rely on, and trust, people like Paul. I feel safer and happier, already, and he just finished the work. I will only use Aquarius Home Services for all my home repair needs.

My wife set-up an appointment to have an undermount bathroom sink bowl installed, to replace a sink bowl that had cracked. Joel arrived within the service window. It was immediately apparent that it was not work he wanted to do, for whatever reason. He informed me that it's a 'very rare' job...which is hard to believe as these are quite common. I had a replacement sink bowl purchased and ready to go. After pondering it a bit, he came back with a quote of $752. According to several contractor friends I'd spoken with, this is DOUBLE what the high-end cost for this job should've been. Joel noted that the job would take about 2 hours; it's was only sealing the sink to the marble and the reconnecting the pipes. So almost $400/hr for his time? I feel it was a straight-up swindle and he just inflated the cost so he'd walk out without any work and the $69 visit fee. I'm assuming this is a common practice with Soderlin, to inflate prices and then laugh all the way to the bank when they've conned the customer or walk away with $69 for 10 mins of poking around. We were scammed. I would caution working with this outfit, especially without any price range estimate before the service visit (which Joel said they don't do). Terrible customer service. Our old water heater broke days before Christmas 2020 causing water damage. They were able to get one installed before the holiday. 3-months later, it broke while on vacation and flooded our entire kitchen/ceiling below. We had to file another claim with our insurance and are NOW being kicked off our insurance since Majeski said it wasn’t their fault the new water heater broke. The fitting used was fastened too tight, causing a slow leak that eventually broke loose. Majeski told us to sue the fitting manufacturer instead of them. I will never recommend them to anyone. This has been 2-years on ongoing hell and construction.

I called cities 1 out to my house after hours and they were prompt on getting to my house on time and took care of my laundry tub backing up and flooding my basement. They were very courteous in explaining to me why this happened and how to prevent it. They were affordable, I would recommend this company to anyone for plumbing.

I needed to move the pipeline behind the kitchen to make it flat with the wall, so I contacted Minneapolis Plumbers Charly and Kevin were easy to schedule, and they arrived on time. They were prompt, thorough, and polite in their work, and they cleaned up after themselves when they were done.

Hate hiring plumbers because they charge almost as much as a blood sucking attorney, but I didn't feel violated when this plumber billed me and finished the straight forward installation that would have taken me 10 times as long to do myself. So I would recomend them and call the company again if I had an issue.
