The service technician arrived on time, cleaned and tuned up our heating system, and shared his findings with me. He also resolved an intermittent connectivity issue with our thermostat. Am happy to have called Rumpca.

After using rauscher over the past year for various services and spending thousands of dollars my dad and I are unhappy with our experience dealing with this company. During our first visit they sent a plumber with an obvious body odor problem. For what they are charging personal hygiene should be a given and it was so strong it took me over 30min to air our home out. When I mentioned this to Dave he didn’t seem receptive to that feedback and from that point on has been cold in our interactions. Second, they bill you by the minute including the time it takes for them to total up the bill and the time it takes to fill out the check. If they did excellent work this wouldn’t be a big issue but during our latest service call the plumber we had missed a leak with our sink pipes while installing a new garbage disposal. He forgot the new toilet seat and had to waste time calling the office to send out a replacement. He also left a dirty bucket filled with dirty water in our home for us to deal with. Be advised if you choose a toilet or any fixtures from Ferguson and use Rauscher to install Rauscher significantly marks up the cost. Also be advised that their hourly rate increases every May which they don’t disclose on their website or during scheduling calls. Dave has been unpleasant to deal with, his arrogance and scheduling mistake caused a delay in our service and stress. Instead of being apologetic and offering a discount due to his mistake he acted cold and indifferent and like it was our problem for not wanting to use the plumber he sent instead of the one we had requested. The last guy they sent out to seal the sink pipe didn’t fix the leak. Whatever paste he used to seal it is easily wiped off, he didn't do the bottom rim just the top leaving water dripping through onto the area below the sink. He never recommended replacing that pipe piece or communicated options to us before he left. We will never use them again and they didn’t fix the the sink drip they most likely created during the garbage disposal install. We had to leave town in 2 days. Our water heater was leaking everywhere. I LOVED the commercials so I called. The estimator, Nate, was awesome. He covered every detail of what could happen from the cheapest to the most expensive option. We were able to get an appointment for the next day. Though a little confusing about who was coming when, they did start about when they said AND finished over a hour EARLY! All the old stuff they feared needed to be updated was actually 60 years OLD and TOTALLY needed updating. While in the house, they kept the communication going and after completion walked us through the new everything. If I'm forced to give a negative, it would be the PRICE (super expensive)! However, everything was done right, we have an awesome warranty, and they were done EARLIER than expected so we could get on the road! We'll let you know if something blows up or breaks...but TODAY we are absolutely THRILLED!

Called to discuss options for new water heater. They were very responsive and provided a quote after some discussion. Price was competitive with no hidden charges. Scheduled an installation a week out due to my schedule. They arrived on time and completed install as ordered and were done in 1 hour and 45 minutes. Very pleased with no issues. Would highly recommend.
Referred them to a friend a week later who had a leaking water heater and they installed a new one within 2 days. Friend was very pleased with install and price.

On time. Great people. Wasn't over charged. All around good experience. Will contact this company again if I have any more issues. I wouldnt hesitate to call them again.

Jason was on time, was kind, and very respectful of the area. Asked questions when he had them and plugged away at the job until it was complete. He kept me in the loop when I had questions as well, which was very courteous. We had a lead drum trap replaced Bonfe was very quick in response with estimate and when Jason would be arriving.

Our experience with Ryan this past Sunday was fantastic. First, he answered the phone when I called at approximately 11:15 PM the night before to inquire about an AC repair once we realized that it had broken. Then, he arrived promptly at 11:00 AM the following morning (having given us an arrival time window of 11:00 AM - 1:00 PM) and began assessing the problem. He worked diligently until our AC was fixed, finishing up within approximately one hour. It has worked great ever since! While no-one wants to face the hassle or expense of an unexpected appliance repair I would absolutely recommend Krinkie's to anyone with Heating or AC needs. They've been great!

Do NOT hire these over priced scum bags. While most companys charge $75 a lb for R-22 Apollo charges $210. Along with 150 an hour. This company is BAD!

Paul did an EXCELLENT job! He came here expecting to do one repair, but ended up fixing/replacing other things that I let go for too long. He did advise of potential safety issues, which, ultimately, led to me having all the items fixed. I’m so pleased! I’m single and have to rely on, and trust, people like Paul. I feel safer and happier, already, and he just finished the work. I will only use Aquarius Home Services for all my home repair needs.

Had Soderlin come out to evaluate my mini-split. The tech was extremely thoughtful in the evaluating the situation and just charged the service evaluation fee with some advice to do a simple fix. Really appreciated that he didn’t gouge me with what turned out to be a simple filter issue. 👍

Had to have a heater and A/C unit inspected for the sake of my home. They did a great job, on time and the report was very detailed for the new owner. Highly recommend Janecky!

I did not end up using this company, but I just wanted to say that the customer service was phenomenal and I would definitely choose them for the knowledge of any future plumbing issues.

I had a wonderful experience with Cities 1 Plumbing. I submitted a request via email Sunday night and was contact Monday morning by Megan. She was delightful to speak to and was even able to schedule a same day toilet install. A few hours later Don showed up at my door and fixed my toilet issue within an hour. I had a functioning toilet in under 12 hours from the initial point of contact. I am super impressed and will be recommending them to family and friends.

We had a leak at our water main shut off from a manufacturer defect. I called the emergency service number and they arrived within few hours and made the repairs in about 20 minutes. Great level of service!

In a word, these fellas rock. I had a problem on a Sunday and called, assuming I'd get a voicemail, but instead, Charly answered the phone. Someone got me out the next day, and they said I could come in as a float the day after that if I wanted (which means they were completely booked but would take me if they could). Extremely competent, friendly, and quick to resolve my sewer problems. And Kevin, although skilled and approachable, makes a living by taking advantage of his customers. Many thanks, Kevin.

Hate hiring plumbers because they charge almost as much as a blood sucking attorney, but I didn't feel violated when this plumber billed me and finished the straight forward installation that would have taken me 10 times as long to do myself. So I would recomend them and call the company again if I had an issue.

Nasseff has been our go to for all our plumbing and heating needs for the past 15 years. They have always been timely and helpful. They always make certain you are pleased with the outcome. I wouldn't dream of calling anyone else.
