Jason did a great job. He called to tell me he was on his way. He replaced a outside shut off, fixed a drain trap issue, & replaced 4 cartridge valves on bathroom sink. Pleasant person efficient worker.

When I scheduled the appointment I was told the person that will come out will give me a bid and if I chose to go with it they will install the light fixtures I needed. Nope. The person that came out took a bunch of pictures and gave me a bid. I was so confused but was told a service technician would be out right away and do the install. Well that answer kept changing. They would come/maybe couldn't come. This, after I already paid! I really do feel like I was scammed. I was told the 75 service charge would be included in my 949.00 amount. Nope. Got 2 different charges. The only reason I'm giving 2 stars is when the real electrician came out he seemed to know what he was doing and was nice and respectful. But it took less than an hour, I had everything already bought,, and they chrged all this money!!! I cannot recommend this business and will never use them again. ALSO, have yet to see any invoice. No email..nothing! Very scammy vibe.

I purchased a new AC unit because the sales guy offered me a great deal. Even though my old AC unit was still working fine, it was old and I was worried it would break down and I would miss this great offer. Paid almost $5000.00 and I have had to call Mcquillan bros. EVERY single summer to fix something that goes wrong with unit since the new AC installation. Of course it’s always the hottest days of the start of the season that I turn the unit on for the first time and find that it doesn’t work!!! For some reason it’s always that the air doesn’t get cold or the AC unit isn’t spinning!! I have to call a tech out and every year pay $200 + for service!! This year I called and I got a Friday service appointment and they gave me a window of 8am to 4pm. I sat by my phone all day, and even called the company 3 times to make sure they were coming ……and what do you know….. 3:30pm on Friday I’m told they couldn’t get anyone out and I’d have to wait for Monday!!! They sure are accommodating and super nice when they are selling you the unit but when you call for service when the unit doesn’t work properly you get dumped into voice mails, passed around to 4 different representatives, lied to and ignored. Oh yea and you sit ALL day for a tech that NEVER shows up. I decided to call another company, my air is now working and I don’t have to wait until Monday in a hot house for Mcquillan bros to service the unit they installed!! !! If you don’t have to use this company I would suggest that you shop around.

We needed to get a new boiler and had multiple places come out to do a bid. Not only was Metro the best value, but they were so easy to work with. Andrew S and Josh A were our two technicians, and they did a fantastic job. Then, once they finished, Andrew didn't laugh at us (at least not to our faces) when we had him give us a step by step guide on how to do everything with our new boiler. (We took copious notes and, again, he didn't laugh.) Our new boiler takes up SO much less space, is energy efficient, and we're so pleased with our experience with Metro Heating and Cooling.

Everyone I've met from the plumbing side has been fantastic to work with. I've never felt talked down to or that my projects were rushed so they could move onto the next job. Their prices are reasonable and competitive. I have no hesitation hiring them for my next plumbing need.

I was supposed to receive a call from a manager to discuss my 2 cancelled appointments. That call never came.Updates: They claim to have called me, and have a record of it. My cell phone history has no record of the call, and neither does the cell phone bill for that time period which tracks all inbound and outbound calls.In response to owner saying high temps in June caused my appt to be cancelled, day of. The 1st appt they cancelled, day of, was May 19th. High that day was 61 and the low was 44. Use this info however you see fit.

Our experience with Ryan this past Sunday was fantastic. First, he answered the phone when I called at approximately 11:15 PM the night before to inquire about an AC repair once we realized that it had broken. Then, he arrived promptly at 11:00 AM the following morning (having given us an arrival time window of 11:00 AM - 1:00 PM) and began assessing the problem. He worked diligently until our AC was fixed, finishing up within approximately one hour. It has worked great ever since! While no-one wants to face the hassle or expense of an unexpected appliance repair I would absolutely recommend Krinkie's to anyone with Heating or AC needs. They've been great!

Apollo installed our HVAC system around 10 yrs ago. I’ve consistently found the office to be responsive and helpful, and the techs have been super.

Nate was great at explaining how the K5 drinking water filtration system functioned. He worked with us as far as where the location of the tanks could go and showed us how to access everything. The way the system was installed allowed us to still have the storage underneath our sink for cleaning supplies and such. Nate was able to put the housing of the filters in our pantry and then connect it to the refrigerator. Nate was very kind and courteous, and made sure to clean up after he had to drill through the granite and drywall in order to access our refrigerator to tie the drinking system into the refrigerator. Can’t wait to have awesome water come through the fridge and ice machine!

Had Soderlin come out to evaluate my mini-split. The tech was extremely thoughtful in the evaluating the situation and just charged the service evaluation fee with some advice to do a simple fix. Really appreciated that he didn’t gouge me with what turned out to be a simple filter issue. 👍

The plumber arrived 35 minutes late to replace a faulty toilet shut off valve that was soldered in place. He didn't have a mask with him so we supplied one. In our upstairs bathroom placed his tools on our bath mat instead of a work towel. He used a torch to loosen the defective valve, and in the process scorched/burned the paint behind the toilet. He failed to use a heat shield to protect our wall. No apology. No response from the owners.

Terrible customer service. Our old water heater broke days before Christmas 2020 causing water damage. They were able to get one installed before the holiday. 3-months later, it broke while on vacation and flooded our entire kitchen/ceiling below. We had to file another claim with our insurance and are NOW being kicked off our insurance since Majeski said it wasn’t their fault the new water heater broke. The fitting used was fastened too tight, causing a slow leak that eventually broke loose. Majeski told us to sue the fitting manufacturer instead of them. I will never recommend them to anyone. This has been 2-years on ongoing hell and construction.

We use Cities One for all of our apartment buildings and they have been great. We probably call them once a day right now for some of our older buildings and they have always been easy to get a hold of and do a great job.

Got a great price on AC and a furnace. The install was smooth and the systems do a great job of both heating and cooling. Folks who did the install were very friendly and showed up and got everything done on time.

After getting us started, Kelvin handed off the task of replacing the pipes and waste line in our 60-year-old home. He was very helpful in answering my questions and updating me on the progress. He and Charley both showed up on time every day and saw to it that we had running water and sewer by nightfall. Because the crawl space is inconveniently located in a bedroom closet, they went as far as laying down floor coverings and installing a special zippered tarp above it. One of my top picks!

This was the first time I’ve used Bruce Nelson Plumbing Danny was prompt, courteous and kind he worked very efficiently and was very pleasant to be around he replaced a 55 year old shower mixer in about an hour would highly recommend this company again
