I very much respect a business that is willing to reach out on the phone and talk me through what ended up being an easy self-repair that saved me the cost of a service call. Very disappointed. Called for an emergency on a Tuesday evening. Spoke to someone who took my info. They tried to get a hold of a technician right away, but were unable. They would get them a message and someone would be in contact shortly.

After waiting 30 minutes (keep in mind this is during a plumbing emergency!) no one called. I tried to call back, and the person I spoke to (different from the first) had no idea what I was talking about and said all they could do was try and reach out again.

I said no thank you.

If you are going to promote yourself as a 24/7 emergency service you should, at the very least, return a phone call to say sorry we can't take the job right now.

Fortunately, a neighbor was able to recommend someone who promptly answered their phone, and was able to let me know within 5 minutes if a technician was available. Which is how it should be done.

Dave is a great plumber and he is always trusted with our plumbing needs.

I was very impressed with AA Quick. A neighbor recommended them after I had my main line back up. I called and they showed up exactly when they said they would, within an hour of calling. We have used Tony LaMartina in the past and been very satisfied with their work. A LaMartina plumber installed a new faucet for us earlier this year (Spring, 2020). The faucet started leaking (October, 2020), so we contacted LaMartina to check it out. LaMartina's plumber found a defective ring and fixed the faucet. The plumber also provided guidance for how to contact the faucet manufacturer to obtain a replacement ring under the manufacturer's warranty.
