Called Maplewood plumbing with clogged kitchen sink. Was able to come out next morning to resolve the issue. Will highly recommend and will use them again if needed.

I have officially found my new plumber! Steve was responsive, helpful, professional, and takes pride in his work. The company name couldn’t be anymore fitting either and they truly mean “ANYTIME”. I realized at 9:00 AM on a Saturday the my water heater was toast and it was time for a new one. I reached out to Anytime Plumbing around 9:30 AM and received an immediate response with a detailed quote (including options) and a plan forward. Steve was at my house not even 5 hours later and I had a new quality installed water heater by 5:00 PM. All this on a SATURDAY!! Zero complaints and I will be using / recommending Anytime Plumbing for all future plumbing needs.

I used Lemay Plumbing recently because my kitchen sink has been leaking for several months. When I called I explained that I have a limited income. Elmer was the man who came. He fixed everything that needed to be repaired. The bill was $175. Elmer did a great job. Thank you Mike for refunding me $25.. It was very much appreciated. Thank You very much.

Their services were required through the company we used to remodel our bathroom. One of the guys was very rude. (He's the one to the right in their Facebook business profile pic). They did a horrible job communicating with the other company to make sure they left the tools needed in order to do their job in a timely manner. Instead the rude brother came in and asked where is the Stuff as if we knew what he was talking about. We reached out to the company to assist with getting an answer but no one replied...time passed the rude brother walked in and out the house then went to the bathroom. We asked did they find the item he replied well You were on the phone. Past tense, and furthermore we were trying to get answers for him. He could've communicated when he found the items instead of walking in and out with an ittitude. They damaged the wall and didn't say a word to us. They didn't know how to install the faucet to the tub, so we had to have someone else complete their job. Later on we discovered the water pressure was off because a bad piece was installed which should've been tested by them
but they didn't know how to install the piece. I asked a question to the rude brother and he told me to ask my daughter because his brother was already explaining it then he walked out. The customer service was poor. I was told by someone that works with them regularly they are not friendly and they argue like a married couple . While I didn't witness the arguing, it's good to know, I'm not wrong in how we were treated.

We recently used Rel-O Plumbing for several plumbing issues. I was impressed with the professionalism, courteousness, and communication throughout the process. What I especially loved, was that he called me to follow up to make sure that I was happy with the repairs and service. I don't think I have ever had someone reach out to do that. I found their service to be beyond expectations and made me appreciate not only the work being done correctly and reasonably, but the value of the customer. I highly recommend this company and would definitely refer and use their services again.

I bought a new State Industries Water heater (made by AO Smith) and it was installed by another plumbing contractor. Three weeks after the installation the thermostat went bad. The original plumbing contractor was not an authorized repair company for State/AO Smith and wouldn't repair it saying I need to call the manufacturer for warranty repairs. The Manufacturer gave me Bieg plumbing. I called them. They were helpful and courteous. They sent their W/H repair tech named Joe. He looked at it, went to his truck, brought back a new thermostat and in no time had it replaced. We have hot water again! My thanks to Bieg Plmbg and Joe and the office staff!

I was a new tenant in a duplex and found out Trio Plumbing were the ones who came out and put a new water heater in! The plumber Shawn did an amazing job and even came back out to answer questions I had because I don't know anything about water heaters! Would highly recommend them because they get you in quickly and do a great job!

Horrible customer service. The woman who answers the phone was flat out rude. I asked about plumbing services early in the week, I called back later in the week, and she said maybe another week or two! I never even got on the schedule. Will look elsewhere where they treat new business with some decency.

Overall horrible company to use or work for. The only person in the company that treats their employees Or customers Respectfully and like they’re human beings is the owners daughter The owner of the company uses profane language to his employees in front of customers…I find a totally amusing The ladies in the office use their own names to write reviews to try to make this company look something that it’s not totally entertaining..very unprofessional business..

Have used them for years. They do good work and usually come out within 2 to 3 hours, or will call you when they are coming. Prices are not bad. Great Service. Nice bunch of guys. They will tell you if they are over loaded or not. Nice, if you can call a day ahead and make an appointment. I really like them.
