Water was leaking into basement from the toilet and the shower mixing valve had to be replaced.Work was done quickly and was right now for the repairs needed. The plumber kept me informed on what he was doing and the cost that it would be as he found further things needing to be corrected.Very pleased!!

Matt came out twice to Pacific Ice Rink on emergency calls. Fixed 3 overflowing toilets on a Friday night at 8pm. Next we had 4 pipes burst day after Christmas. Again Matt was there within hours. Kids did not miss an ice time and everything was fixed within an hour. We will use Python from here on out!!!!!

We came home from a week long cruise to find a waterfall in our beautifully finished basement. While we were gone a pipe had burst in our 1st floor bathroom and water could have been flowing for the entire week damaging both levels of our home. After shutting off the main water supply, we called Midwest Flood Restoration. They arrived at dawn the next morning, reasuured us that all would be well, then tirelessly worked for 5 days, removing wet drywall, pulling up carpeting, hauling away our damaged personal items, packing up items to be saved then drying out/sanitizing the entire area. We were ready for reconstruction in less than a week! Midwest Flood Restoration workers were truly our heroes and we would highly recommend them to anyone needing this type of flood restoration work.

Collin was my technician. He is a very nice and capable young man. Collin was personable, and I see a good future for him in this business.

We've used Lemay plumbing a couple of times over the last few years, most recently for a water heater replacement. Every time we've used them, they've been extremely professional and kind and have been willing to work with us to handle our issues. With this recent issue, they even spent hours on the phone working with our home warranty people in order to get the work covered. I can't say I won't ever use a different plumbing company, but Lemay will always be the first people I call and will always recommend them without hesitation to friends and family.

Notifications should be more accurate, text message I received said they would arrive at 10:00 but he was there at 9:15. I’m glad we didn’t miss him (He was kind enough to wait for a few minutes). Gabby was quick, clean, and professional. He explained pricing and options clearly and I felt that everything was worth what was charged. Our root intrusion will likely need regular maintenance so we will definitely be asking for Gabby again (if he’s not in charge of everything by then, seriously give this man a raise).

Donald the tech did an awesome job snaking and clearing our clogged mainline. Professional and thorough job completion. RR is not the cheapest in the business but always prompt and reliable service.

Great service, fast, friendly, fair price, and straight forward no nonsense.We had what we suspected was a clogged sewer line.Within a period of a few hours (on a holiday!) I made contact with their office, had a technician dispatched to my home, the problem diagnosed and solved, and could move on with my day. I also received good advice from their technician on preventing future problems and minor plumbing issues. If you think you have the beginning of a sewer problem call them!
