Our kitchen looks amazing!!!! This was our second remodeling project with Performance Plumbing and we could not be more pleased! Cheryl was beyond helpful in working with me to design the project - her suggestions not only enhanced the look beyond what I could even imagine but were also mindful of our budget. Rick, Spencer, and the rest of the crew did an awesome job making the project happen. They were attentive to detail and worked hard to answer my questions and adapt to suggestions/additions as the project progressed. One of the toughest parts of kitchen remodeling is being without a kitchen - Rick was very mindful of that and worked with us to give us as much function as possible during the project which just made the whole experience that much better. Midwest Flood Restoration provided professional, friendly, and expert service that put me at ease throughout the process. Having a flooding situation can be a nightmare! Not with this company. They put my worries and concerns at ease. Would I use them again? You bet I would. Hopefully I won’t need to but if I have another disaster they are the company I will call. They are very reliable. Also the crew was very friendly and polite. They also separated my items that were wet from the dry ones. Bagged the wet ones and boxed all the dry items and sealed the boxes. I was so impressed! They worked very hard and I appreciate that. Great work, great service, great people!

Service was provided within two days of reaching out for non-emergent water heater installation. I bought the water heater from Lowe’s so only paid labor and permitting, and they had the cheapest rate of companies I looked at. Work was done promptly and efficiently, with no snags related to either the plumbing or the billing.

Tony was amazing!! I had a pipe freeze and crack under my mobile home. And after calling multiple places i called Merlo to see if they worked on mobile homes and if they had any emergency openings. Right away they got me on the schedule (same day). Within a couple hours Tony called to let me know he would be at my home. I was initially told around 6pm but Tony wanted to give me a heads up he had a few commerical jobs a head of me. He didn't get to me until after 9pm. But he able to repair the leak fast and explained everything he was doing and how to keep it from happening. There was heat tape, however with how low the temp got along with wind chill he had some recommendations for extra coverage that i would have never thought of. I will definitely use them again when needed and will have them as my top plumbing recommendation.

Ridiculously overpriced. To remove the tank of the toilet, put on a new gasket, and put the tank back on was $185.00. This is a 10 minute job. Way overpriced and I will not be using this company ever again.

This is one of the worst companies to do business with. This vendor was the only one listed for our home warranty work on a hot water heater but he couldn't be bothered to listen to any if his messages throughout the day. If he had listened to his messages, he would have had the name and number of the person waiting at the house for his call.
This call was initiated on Thursday before noon. The messages were left throughout the day on Friday. The vendor finally called the correct number after 8pm to inform us that the service order had already been reassigned (it really wasn't reassigned to anyone, he cancelled it), and when we contacted the warranty company again, they said this vendor wouldn't be able to look at it until next Friday. Ummm, that is in another week.
There is a baby in the house. We needed him to actually do his job and be a professional. With a baby in the house, waiting another week is completely unacceptable. This company is not worth the bother and we will use anyone but him.
