I had them come out for sewer issues. They said I would have a bid the next day. A week and a half later I had to find another company. They were to busy to even bid the job. Would definitely not recommend them

He took the time to explain exactly what he found to be my concern, how he would repair it, showed photos of his repair, cleaned the work area even when I told him I would and stayed until he confirmed my repair was completed and completed correctly. I recently realized I was going to need a new water heater. I checked BBB, YELP, and another site to find the highest rated companies to talk to. From there, I received about four bids. Maplewood Plumbing had one of the best bids and were the highest rated! They also were going to install the highest rated brand of water heater. I did have to wait an extra couple of days for installation compared to the next best bid, but I thought the better rated brand and higher customer ratings would be worth it. I was right!Maplewoods team was on time for the installation and went to work immediately. I had had one of their estimators out a couple of weeks before to make sure of an accurate estimate as it would be a tight squeeze getting the new tank into the space and to install a drain pan. This information had not been relayed to the install team. And the supplier did not drop off the drain pan. But they handled it excellently. They called for another employee to assist in lifting the new tank into place! And the employee picked up a drain pan and hose from Home Depot. It took an extra 1/2 hour or so but no grumbling and they took great care to make sure there was no scratches, dents, or dings on the new tank , doorways, steps or flooring! No extra charges either!! Very Professional!! Though I won't have to for many years, I would easily hire them again for any plumbing job I needed!! They deserve the high customer satisfaction ratings!!

I bought an as-is house in University City last year, and reached out to Brooks Plumbing, as they are only a couple miles away. They were able to do everything I needed, including rip out cast iron stacks and about 20 feet of lateral, reseal toilets, install a tankless water heater, put in a new utility sink, and several other small items. For the huge scope of work, the price was very reasonable. They are quick to respond, always very nice, and happy to send someone by on a moment's notice to look at something since I live so closeby. This is a small, locally-owned business, so please check them out!

Quite simply the best service I have received in my area for plumbing. Price was reasonable, The Technicians, Josh and Luis were personable and professional through and through. The number one thing is they were honest and didn’t try to sell me something I didn’t need. That speaks volumes of the business itself as well as the character of its employees. Thank you so much. I called Corey to give me an estimate on three different scopes of work that were recommended in my building inspection. He provided very sound advice that saved me thousands of dollars. CJ Plumbing was not able to help out with the shower renovation in my old home (he explained that this work was primarily done by a carpenter and not a plumber since I wasn't revising the piping), installing a PRV, or sewer cabling, but he provided contact information for other contractors that do this work. If I ever have a large plumbing renovation job or buy a house that needs to be entirely gutted and provided with new plumbing, CJ Plumbing would be who I would call as their price for installing a backflow valve was very reasonable and he does not push work your way if it does not make sense for the application - I was very impressed by this.

I will definitely use USA Plumbing Plus again. I called for an estimate for installation of a water heater and was quoted a reasonable price. The technician was on time for the appointment and installed the water heater in no time. I also had a problem with my bathroom sink and he was able to clear it quickly for a small additional charge.

After 5 minutes plumber told me my issue was a venting problem that he isn't able to fix. He sought to get his bosses approval to waive the fee... Apparently he could not get the fee waived... 100$ for 10 minutes, still have the problem. I'd recommend using another service, especially if it isn't a simple blockage.
