Company is highly unprofessional. I booked an appointment to come get service repaired from the initial installation that they did and they never showed up or called to cancel. I will never in life recommend this company to anyone. I’m at a disbelief.

The ratings are probably phony, this company can not even return a phone call in the time they say they will. Do not trust the reviews I feel they are friends and family giving the ratings. Good businesses return phone calls in a timely manner !!! This is becoming a common practice among businesses. Must not need the work or they can not do it@!

Great service ..

Our experience with Roto-Rooter started with a friendly and courteous plumber who was very inexperienced. We were very fortunate that our sewage clog was beyond the reach of his equipment because he wanted to charge us $600!!!!!After our first plumber left, a supervisor showed up to give a courtesy reading of sewage damage. After stating the obvious, he preceeded to recommend other services offered by Roto-Rooter. So, basically this was a sales pitch.At the end of my service window for the second time of the day, I received a call that a plumber would be out in 40 minutes. At the end of that 40 minute wait, I received another call that a different plumber that more qualified and experienced would be there in 40 minutes.If I was rating this on our experience with Mike, we would be giving 5 stars! Not only was Mike friendly and courteous, he was qualified and experienced. He found and cleared our sewage clog quickly and charged us considerably less than the original quote.

Tim was awesome! Knowledgeable, fair and a hard worker. He cleaned up so well you would never have known he was actually here.

Eric gave us an estimate over the phone to come fix our toilet. We have had issues for months with this. He came out and diagnosed the repair and it was much less expensive than we thought. We were expecting to have to replace our entire toilet and he said it was something simple and fixed it. We were so happy with his honesty. He could have charged us a lot more to do work that he said was not necessary. While he was there, we had him fix our sink as well. Very trust worthy and fair price. I wish there were more companies like this. Great Work!! Would definitely refer to anyone.

Had a pipe leak in my basement while I was out of town and it had left about two inches of standing water when I arrived back home. I called drain masters and told them about my problem and they were here faster than I expected them to be. Eddie, the technician fixed the pipe and was on his way without any other issues. I also had the water restoration team come out and clean up the damages from the standing water. my insurance company did all the negotiating and I didn’t have to to anything. My basement is now as it was before thanks to drain masters!
