Performance plumbing came out to my house in Foristell to check an emergency signal I was getting from my lift pump. They gave me the entire price upfront and completed the job without any extra charges. They were very friendly and very professional. They left the place cleaner than when they arrived. I am very thankful for the veterans discount as well. I appreciate everything you did for this marine vet and will definitely use you again in the future when needed.

Tim was the plumber that was sent to do the job. I was very impressed with him and would highly recommend him to anyone needing help with sewer issues. He was professional, knowledgeable, and personable.

Very helpful receptionist and technician. I had a leaky toilet. They came right out and fixed it very quickly.

While I couldn't use them for my plumbing, they walked me through exactly what I needed to do to fix my issue, a video of how to do so, aswell as scams to avoid. While I can't use them for work in Jefferson County, I will definitely be recommending them to family and friends solely on that transparency!

A simple phone call will reveal how legitimate this 5 star rating is. They claimed to be booked for over a week - and the price was ridiculous. I would steer clear of this dishonest company.

Their tech arrived quickly, was very courteous and upfront, and our issue was resolved inside of 20 minutes. Pricing was reasonable, though consistent with a middle-of-the-night emergency call; it could have been worse. Would definitely use them again, though I hope we don't have to. :)

I had an issue with my main last year, and called out a very well known company. This time around I decided to use Able Rooter based off their reviews, and I can say with no doubt Able Rooter will be the only company I call from here on out. I called on a Thursday and promptly got an appointment for Friday. Tom came out and did a great job. The company I used last year didn't do half as good a job and cost almost twice as much! Tom went the extra mile to ensure the issue was taken care of. Their reviews don't lie; Tom, and Able Rooter, deserve every bit of the 5 star ratings they get. Look no further for you're drain issue needs!

I don't hav an issue with the service. However I do have an issue with the $375 charge for less than 30 minutes of work to unclog a kitchen sink drain. Don't know if this is the going rate but seems extremely step for the job done in less than 30 minutes. Shame on me for not doing my research until later.... look for Budget Heating and Cooling St Louis who has a coupon for the same job at $99 (regular price $229).
