Nick the tech was experienced, knowledgeable and very professional. He knew exactly what what he was doing and how to get this job done. He was here hours and never stopped working. This was a complicated commercial bldg and I did not have the info on the sewer line location and storm water location. He worked thru the problem. Very dedicated technician. I greatly appreciate how RotoRooter handled my big problem. We have more work to do. Thanks.

Good estimate, on time for the bid and the installation of our water heater. The technician that installed the water heater was friendly, knowledgeable and happy.The
office staff is responsive, friendly and kept us aware of any schedule changes. We are happy with J. E. Redington Plumbing and will be calling them for our next plumbing task.

Not sure how their plumbing skills are since they never showed up. Scheduled an apt. for a tuesday morning, never came. Called them and they acted like I never made an apt. but said he could be there in the afternoon, again no show and no calls. Called them back and they said their busy til thursday... uh what? no thanks

Nick was very professional and thorough. He made sure my main drain pipe was cleaned out and water was running through it. He was very tolerant, and answered my many questions. He was very good at explaining things so that I could understand them. He also made a couple of recommendations as to things I can do in the future to hopefully avoid another clogged drain pipe.

Plumber was very professional and efficient. He was very communicative and thorough. I will use him again in the future for plumbing needs.

Ended up with one of these guys contracted thru Angi. What a joke. They replaced the kitchen sink but wrecked the counter around the sink. They were an hour late and extremely expensive. After a full week finally resolved the issue by getting a full refund. Thanks.
