This was our first experience with a major bathroom remodel and Sara at Henry Kitchen & Bath significantly eased our anxiety. She helped us with all of our selection needs, worked with us on our price goals, and really helped give us the bathroom we wanted. I thought her and Rebecca’s follow up and assistance on multiple fronts was exceptional and I would (will) use them again on some upcoming projects we are planning. I thought it was telling when the plumbers weren’t sure if a fixture would fit on our bathtub, but when they heard Sara said it would they were completely confident! I’m so thankful that I found Performance Plumbing. Stephanie was so helpful and got me an appointment quickly. And Spencer was polite, knowledgeable and patiently answered all of my questions. I was a new tenant in a duplex and found out Trio Plumbing were the ones who came out and put a new water heater in! The plumber Shawn did an amazing job and even came back out to answer questions I had because I don't know anything about water heaters! Would highly recommend them because they get you in quickly and do a great job!

Won't be using them again. People there's better out there.

My hot water heater stopped working on a Friday night. I called RotoRooter and was able to get an appointment for Sunday (Father's Day). The plumber arrived and was friendly, knowledgeable, and respectful. he went over what could be wrong and quoted estimates for repair. Once he diagnosed the problem, he informed me and gave me the repair cost. When the job was finished, he cleaned the work area and began putting things away. I was impressed wit his, because I felt it was my responsibility to put things back. He told me to monitor the hot water heater and call if I had any questions or concerns. I give RotoRooter a 5star rating and would recommend them to anytone!!!!

They overcharged me over $1500 more then estimate. They held us hostage because we had to close on our house and couldn't dispute the charge.

Prompt, professional service on a bathtub faucet and shower install that required moving copper pipes. Job was a new acrylic tub with shower walls.

Bieg was prompt, pleasant and although there was some unforeseen additional work to get our job completed, we were informed the entire time and they kept the costs under the agreed contracted price. At one point they had 3 people consulting and working the job! Their laborer Jeff was awesome at drywalling and very knowledgeable (30 yrs experience). I completely enjoyed my Bieg Plumbing experience!

The crew that came out was excellent and professional. They fixed everything up quickly and the whole process was very straightforward.

These guys are great. Tom went through the process with me and allowed me to understand what he exactly did. He kept me aware of his arrival time at multiple intervals of the morning. They were very efficient with their process and was true to his ballpark price he quoted to me. I won’t call anyone else from now on.

Called to make appointment to unclog a drain and was told they don't do that and given a phone to a company in Union MO. Looked up both businesses on the BBB site, neither had glowing reviews. Seems a little sketch to me.
