Replaced my gas oven with electric, which meant the vertical gas pipe had to be removed and the remaining pipe capped/plugged. $375 total (ow). Service was excellent, he was kind, professional, on time, quick, and did a great job. He also helped me get my oven back in place after he was done (BIG help for me). Cody came in ready to work, scoped out the situation immediately, wasted no time, got out the machine and went to work. He actually solved the problem within 15 minutes. I am so relieved to get to fixed. It was a smelly mess in my basement.

Their services were required through the company we used to remodel our bathroom. One of the guys was very rude. (He's the one to the right in their Facebook business profile pic). They did a horrible job communicating with the other company to make sure they left the tools needed in order to do their job in a timely manner. Instead the rude brother came in and asked where is the Stuff as if we knew what he was talking about. We reached out to the company to assist with getting an answer but no one replied...time passed the rude brother walked in and out the house then went to the bathroom. We asked did they find the item he replied well You were on the phone. Past tense, and furthermore we were trying to get answers for him. He could've communicated when he found the items instead of walking in and out with an ittitude. They damaged the wall and didn't say a word to us. They didn't know how to install the faucet to the tub, so we had to have someone else complete their job. Later on we discovered the water pressure was off because a bad piece was installed which should've been tested by them
but they didn't know how to install the piece. I asked a question to the rude brother and he told me to ask my daughter because his brother was already explaining it then he walked out. The customer service was poor. I was told by someone that works with them regularly they are not friendly and they argue like a married couple . While I didn't witness the arguing, it's good to know, I'm not wrong in how we were treated.

I called AA Quick at 6:00 PM because we had a floor drain backing up. Someone actually answered the phone and sent a technician later that evening. Mark arrived quickly, was fast, professional (and really nice), and cleaned up after he was done. It was a great experience. The price was very fair as well, especially considering that it was after hours.

Our toilet wouldn't flush, it was after hours on a Friday evening when we called the South St. Louis location and Aaron was here within 20 minutes. He was very professional, fast, andfriendly. Price was competitive & fair, but not the cheapest. Quotes are because you DEFINITELY get what you pay for, so cheap isn't always what you want. Ijs.
