Another top notch job on replacing the stack pipe from our kitchen. Required removing kitchen cabinet to access pipe from sink. They removed and replaced the sink, stove top with no damage. Outstanding detail of work both upstairs and downstairs. A pleasure to work with this company.

We purchased a house in August and didn't have any history on the maintenance of our system, so we ordered a tune up through Classic Aire Care. Scheduling was straightforward and they even contacted us on the day-of after a cancellation, so the tech could start earlier. Samuel L. showed up on time, was very thorough, explained everything he did, and offered advice. Really appreciate his professionalism and quality of his work, especially with a large system tune up right before a holiday weekend!

A simple phone call will reveal how legitimate this 5 star rating is. They claimed to be booked for over a week - and the price was ridiculous. I would steer clear of this dishonest company.

They showed up quickly and worked quickly to fix the issue of the basement drain backing up with sewage. The area around the drain that had the sewage was contained and avoidable but for some reason the workers decided to step in the sewage area even though I had placed clean pads around the area to be used to step on if need be. Didn't matter, I have poop sewage footprints in my basement, on the basement stairs, upstairs hallway, and leading into the living room and out the front door.

So now I have sewage contamination throughout the house to clean up all for a small area in the basement that backed up. I thought the pads would prevent any spreading of the poo but the pads weren't even used. No footprints on the pads.

I guess it's my fault for not asking them to not step in it and clean their feet. I didn't know that I had to ask. Most companies wear some type of booties on their shoes or something. Good thing that I don't have carpeting or else this would be a bigger issue. I just have a bigger mess to clean up and I have to clean it all up if I want to walk around the house without spreading it anymore.

At least we can wash our hands and use the bathroom now.

We had a shaky start with a missed first appointment but the reschedule went well. The cleaning process went well and the process was well explained. I'd still recommend even with the missed appointment. No one can predict how long a job can take all the time. However, a heads up phone call needs to be made.

Very disappointed with this company. Called them to snake our sewer pipe. Person whom answered the phone told us a price and said they could have some out that evening. We were very excited to be able to get our problem resolved so quickly. Got a call telling us the tech would be at our house in 45 minutes. Received a call 15 minutes later telling us they don't service our area. Keep in mind this was the 3rd call between us and them. Needless to say we were very disappointed. Asked them for a company that would service our area and they said they had no one. Their website had something to fill out to have the owner contact you, I wanted to ask why this all happened how it did but as of 4 days later have heard nothing. Would never recommend these guys to anyone as they don't know how to treat customers.

$ 370.00 for cleaning a drain in 7 minutes is outrageous and insultingly expensive, for people living on a fixed income, it hurts. Definitely, shop around, cleaning drains isn’t highly skilled or intensive labor.

In a panic with sewer back up, and unpleasant other items that come with that, I contact my home warrenty company, who was trying to get me to use a poorly rated company in Illinois. Needing help immedidately and wanting a quality company.....

I called Bore's during business hours and they had a technician available to come right over and help with our issue, fixed the problem, was friendly and very helpful. I will never call another plumber again. Bore's is our choice
