We have been using Maplewood Plumbing for over 20 years. For big projects and small, they have always done outstanding work. More recent projects have included diagnosing/replacing the pressure relief valve to improve water pressure, full repiping of rehabbed home including a hot water loop for a bath with a long piping run. These folks are the best!

Andrew was very professional and respectful to us. He was very knowledgeable about our furnace. We also have a scrubber that needed a new UV light (needs to be replaced every 2 year). We had a humidifier that was very old. we are having it replaced. We also have an electronic filter that he cleaned. Last but not least we have an EVR system that new filters have to be ordered. He was here 2 hours and earned his pay. Most of this was not on his original work order. He did everything and explained why it needed to be done. There was no pressure. I hope to continue to have Andrew as our serviceman for our house. He should be a valued employee.

Service was in a rental unit. Appears to have gone well but I felt the price was way too high for the task, given that I bought the replacement which was the same model and size. No re-working of plumbing was required. Simple, straightforward replacement.

Middle of the night broken sump pump! Water everywhere....not a good scenario.

However, nothing makes a difference like working with smart people! Bieg made space in the schedule for quick service and sent one of it's finest....a smart, experienced guy with a great sense of humor. Quick assessment produced a quick repair making the pump better than original! Having worked with three other plumbing companies, it's refreshing to get more than expected. So....don't hesitate to call them. There's nothing better than supporting a local, family run business.

Allen did a excellent job, answered all my questions, was polite and very patient, also very professional. Allen is a great asset to his company.

We had the same issues as the other reviewers. Reginald Jennings came to our house in a van that was for mixed media and reeked of marijuana. Our house still reeks of him. He chipped our marble shower and then asked for an exorbitant price for his faulty service. Do not be scammed by this guy!

I had a drain unclogged friday morning and by Sunday morning was exactly the same way, I called the office to have those guys back again to please check the drain and they told me they can't warranty their job. I paid $125 and I had to pay again, I told them that I can't pay again for the same problem 2 days later and thay were very rude and when I told them that they start yelling at me. I ask to talk to the owner and the phone was never answer again. So save yourself a bigger problem and call someone else to fix your drans.

Unfortunately we can’t reply to their replies, but they reply putting the blame off on something else in every bad review. I urge you to read my experience with them on the fb page, and commenters who agree this company threatens people often when they performed poorly.
Not showing up for days when you’ve been scheduled, installing work that leaks after they’re gone, lying about having applied for permits. The list goes on and on. Their reply to this review is misleading to anyone reading reviews. I’ve edited this to mention that.
I do not have a groundwater leak. I have mud and rain coming through the hole they failed to patch, that they created. And only when it rains.

I went through a long haul of plumbing issues in my house these past few weeks... everything from my kitchen sink getting clogged up, to the dishwasher overflowing, to the laundry pipe overflowing, and the main sewer line backing up. I called a different plumbing company first and was told that I would have to have the pipes under my basement floor replaced. Called AA Quick and had a plumber come out to do the main sewer line. Had to call AA Quick a second time, but this time I requested one of their best technicians - which they sent the next morning, who spent over an hour inspecting, clearing, and testing all of my plumbing. It was very evident that he was proficient in his job and wanted to make sure that everything was done thoroughly and correctly. After he was finished, I asked how much I owed him - and he covered it all under warranty. AND he cleaned up the mess downstairs! I could not have been happier with this technician and his attention to the job. I would recommend AA Quick to anyone in town - and they also had the best prices!
