Our outdoor stairwell drain was clogged after a Roto-Rooter repair man cleaned it up just 3 weeks prior. After calling in the morning Glen Roeder (#4588) came within 2 hours and cleaned out the drain and took time to explain how the clogged occurred. He was very professional. Most importantly, he said the repair work was under warranty from the previous service job, so we paid nothing. Thank you!

It's genuinely amazing to see the end result. In my case, a big hole in the ground just disappears as if it was never there, except for some shiny new fixtures!

They're super responsive and engaged and what I like best is that they're always available by text to answer questions. There's many times where they've managed to advise me remotely too, which is a great confidence builder as you also start to learn what issues to be alert for in future.

Called them for a water pressure problem that the water company detailed needed to be done. After reading what the water company wrote, they proceeded to do work that DIDN'T need to be done. Nearly $1000 later and they did NOT fix the water pressure problem.

Water company rep called them and told them to come back out and fix it according to their instructions. She also told them to fix the work they did because it wasn't done properly. They sent the plumber back who had a bad attitude and did nothing. Said he couldn't turn off the water main (which wasn't true according to the water company rep).

Months of contacting them and they wouldn't respond or send out a plumber. Nor would they refund our money, which the water company rep told them they needed to do since they did the WRONG work and did it so poorly.

We then had a pipe leak from the work they did do that they were supposed to come and do properly but never did. Water all over our finished basement. We should have made them come out and fix it but truthfully, my fiance' didn't want them to come and make things worse. Why call an imcompetent company to fix the problem they created? was his response. I couldn't disagree with his logic.

At the very least, they should have refunded our money!!!

Will never, ever, ever, ever, ever, ever - did I say ever? - recommend this company to anyone. I don't recommend them to you either.

I had a backup in my basement, and called late Thursday night. I was told they would be there the next morning (today). They called in advance and arrived around 8 am. John (JD) did an awesome job clearing the drain. He was prompt, efficient, and he gave me pointers to prevent future backups. I highly recommend this company and John!

Their services were required through the company we used to remodel our bathroom. One of the guys was very rude. (He's the one to the right in their Facebook business profile pic). They did a horrible job communicating with the other company to make sure they left the tools needed in order to do their job in a timely manner. Instead the rude brother came in and asked where is the Stuff as if we knew what he was talking about. We reached out to the company to assist with getting an answer but no one replied...time passed the rude brother walked in and out the house then went to the bathroom. We asked did they find the item he replied well You were on the phone. Past tense, and furthermore we were trying to get answers for him. He could've communicated when he found the items instead of walking in and out with an ittitude. They damaged the wall and didn't say a word to us. They didn't know how to install the faucet to the tub, so we had to have someone else complete their job. Later on we discovered the water pressure was off because a bad piece was installed which should've been tested by them
but they didn't know how to install the piece. I asked a question to the rude brother and he told me to ask my daughter because his brother was already explaining it then he walked out. The customer service was poor. I was told by someone that works with them regularly they are not friendly and they argue like a married couple . While I didn't witness the arguing, it's good to know, I'm not wrong in how we were treated.

Sir Charles was great. Professional and keen to his trade. It was an honor to have the work done by such a great man.

Came out on mother's day when no one else would. Solved are problems. Man friendly and helpful.

We ran into a clogged sewer line problem late on Thursday night. Called Silvio at 10pm on Thursday and he came out Friday morning at 9am. Took a little bit of work, but he was able to get the sewer line cleared and take care of the problem. He was very personable and did a great job for us. The price was very reasonable, and I was happy that someone referred me to Flow King Rooter.
