What a great experience with Python Plumbing! Matt and his guys did an amazing job taking care of some issues I was having. Once they would be fixing one thing something else would pop up that they also would repair for me. They ended up redoing the plumbing my entire house and also replacing the water heater. Tech was great and quick with his job. The company itself was not great. Was told an agent would be at house in less than 2 hours. After 4 hours of waiting I finally called to find out no techs were in the area any longer and it would be next day to get service now. All while having sewage just coming back from drain. Hard to call yourself a 24/7 company if you wont come at 7pm

We had been having an issue with the drain stack for the washing mashing back up and overflow. I tried several things before calling Roto-Rooter. They were able to book an appointment for the same day. Aaron was the tech that came out and figured out that there was a blockage between the washer stack, the kitchen stacks and the drain in the basement. He was able to get it opened and flowing again. He was knowledgeable and friendly.

Tom was awesome and very professional. He came and hydro jetted all the tree roots out. I highly recommend him for any of your hydro jetting services you need!

Garret offered us more help than I would’ve imagined. Although the best solution for my problem is to replace our hot water heater, he helped us understand why it was having issues and what we can expect until we can schedule an installation. When we decide to replace it I look forward to calling Hoffmann Brothers!

Back in May 2018 I called four Plumbing Co.'s for a quote to repair a water main break to our bldg. Apparently Merlo showed up, but did not let anyone know from this Co they were here. We had a 10x6 sink hole in our parking lot where the break in the pipe was. Merlo billed us for a camera to locate the leak. (funny). The bill also states Gave all info to Greg Burton for a bid.. We never received a Bid for repair. I have called Merlo 4 times and have spoken to Vickie which assured me someone will call me back. I have sent 2 emails with no reply. We still continue to get a bill for $200. If I could rate this company a 0, I would. Very poor customer service

Their services were required through the company we used to remodel our bathroom. One of the guys was very rude. (He's the one to the right in their Facebook business profile pic). They did a horrible job communicating with the other company to make sure they left the tools needed in order to do their job in a timely manner. Instead the rude brother came in and asked where is the Stuff as if we knew what he was talking about. We reached out to the company to assist with getting an answer but no one replied...time passed the rude brother walked in and out the house then went to the bathroom. We asked did they find the item he replied well You were on the phone. Past tense, and furthermore we were trying to get answers for him. He could've communicated when he found the items instead of walking in and out with an ittitude. They damaged the wall and didn't say a word to us. They didn't know how to install the faucet to the tub, so we had to have someone else complete their job. Later on we discovered the water pressure was off because a bad piece was installed which should've been tested by them
but they didn't know how to install the piece. I asked a question to the rude brother and he told me to ask my daughter because his brother was already explaining it then he walked out. The customer service was poor. I was told by someone that works with them regularly they are not friendly and they argue like a married couple . While I didn't witness the arguing, it's good to know, I'm not wrong in how we were treated.

Called this morning for our main drain being backed up. Mark was here within 2 hours and had it cleaned out quickly. Even on a Sunday, the price was the same!

Brad was very professional. He explained everything in a very easy way for me to understand. He did a great job in a very timely manner.

Service was great. Fast, polite & on time! No complaints about the work or the technician who performed the job. Will consider in the future if & when needed. Price was competitive & fair, but not the cheapest. Quotes are because you DEFINITELY get what you pay for, so cheap isn't always what you want. Ijs.
