I scheduled Roto-Rooter to come look at an issue with my basement drain backing up. They were able to send a tech out the very next day. Cody Kemper [#7338] was the tech that came to the duplex. He was very knowledgeable, professional and easy to discuss the issue with. He snaked the drain from the outside access. I am extremely happy to have this issue resolved. Cheap sewer clearing. Get the job done every time!

This is the most unprofessional company in the world. They sent out someone to my house who caused more damages to my shower. When I called to complain, the rep talked over me and requested the job to be reassigned to someone else. Literally the worse customer service and company In the world. STAY FAR AWAY!!!
