What a life saver! They came out asap and fixed a smell I had in my house for over 3 years. I have had so many companies out that said they fixed it and it never was. I had dropped so much money into this problem it is embarrassing. Finally! Someone fixed the problem and no mystery smell. Could not be happier. Thank you so much. Oh- they even followed-up the next day to make sure it was still going well.

Anytime Plumbing responded same day to fix our shower by replacing the valve and shower cartridge. Ian cleaned the debris out of all our lines. This company’s pricing is reasonable, they are very responsive to a customer’s needs, they effectively explain issues and are very pleasant.

Didn't show up, then lied about knocking on the door and no one answered. We're outside working on the lawn so I'm pretty sure we would have seen him walk up and knock on the door. Plus cameras are around the house 360. Don't ever do business with these trifling people...

When called I received a very rude hello…….I said I was looking to reach Cj plumbing well I can help with that literally the rudest first few moments. I felt like I bothered them apparently it is the wife of the owner which makes her owner 2 one would assume. Completely disrespectful no other number is listed and if you can’t treat someone calling with respect I’m sure business practices are worse. Jesus worst experience of my life ever on the phone with a business whoever CJ is maybe an answering service or receptionist would help your business!! At this point never would do business here ever!!

Could not thank these guys enough for getting to us today on such short notice. I literally was contacted at 7:30 this morning and the crew was here by 9am. Found three sections of our pipe that busted due to freezing. Now waiting on Servepro to get to us, hopefully by Thursday they said, work on getting everything replaced or dried out.

I have used these guys TWICE now and would not choose anyone else for my restoration needs. They work with the insurance company, on my side, which takes a load off my mind and really helps get one through the arduous process of insurance claims. They work hard to be flexible to crazy schedules and are quick to complete what they need to do. With courteous service, technicians you can depend on to be on time, and work that not only restores, but often makes it better than before, there is no one else I would rather call when I need work done. They were the only company on my list when my second restoration need arose and the top of the list when my first need came about. You're done researching, call them!

I have several rental homes in the city often sewer back up when heavy rain. I often call Drain Madics because the price reasonable. One of despatcher is not very nice , rude, mean , terrible and not allow you talk to the owner when I made a complain; except Debbie she is very nice, understand , and helping you when problem incurred. I went to FB messages and I believe he asked Debbie reach out to me . The owner is very nice, understand and professional men. The guy came out charged me additional $50 to clean clean the roof pipe instead of floor drain. After he left sewer still back up when tenant do laundry. Call office she said if he come out again I have to pay again , Website said warranty 30 days the company should honor that but she did not follow the company policy. She need to be training and taught well to become excellent customer service. I did not want say her name. Overall, Drain Medics is great company, good price but few bad workers hope not destroy good company that Owner work very hard to build up reputation for his company. Any company has good and bad workers.. Hope my review to help many customers out there if you have issue reach out the owner message him online , FB, website he will reach out or ask for Debbie .
After all , sewer drain fine when Arron sent out take him few min to clear the drain . He cable the drain outside in the front yard that should clean at first instead of roof pipe.. He is very good and knowledgeable guy.
One worm would not spoil the pot of soup . If the worm remove the pot of soup still serve to many others hungry .

We have used several painting contractors over the years on our home improvement projects. But the house painters from St Louis handyman services were by far the best experience we have ever had they were on time as promised very knowledgeable there work looks great and there were no surprises we could not be happier. We will never call anyone else.

I had a last minute repair that I needed done before I could install my new range. Not only did Plumbing Master have the best price in town, they were able to come out that day and help me! Their technician, Brian, was super nice and got the job done quickly! Affordable, courteous, timely, and local! What more could I ask for? These guys come highly recommended from me!

I would not recommend them. They cleaned out a line for me and it clogged back up 41 days later. Contractor #2 came out and said it looked like all they did was poke a hole in the clogg to get things moving and didn’t clean it out. That part is fine - not backing your work is where my issue is. There are better companies out there

Hired them recently to complete the plumbing in my basement bathroom. They did a quality job and completed it on time. Because of thier great work I hired them again to do the plumbing in my master bathroom tub to shower conversion.

Took my down payment and came out and started work but then never came back and finished. Stopped answering my phone calls. Stay away!
