Best Plumbing Water Damage in Saint Louis MO

I had them come out for sewer issues. They said I would have a bid the next day. A week and a half later I had to find another company. They were to busy to even bid the job. Would definitely not recommend them

We made an appointment for service for the next available time. We were also put on stand-by for an earlier one. The next day we were called with an opening in the next hour. Brad came over and did the needed work. He was friendly and professional. All our plumbing needs were taken care of and the work area was well cleaned. We were very satisfied with the work. We have used Maplewood in the past and will certainly call them for any future needs.

Midwest Flood Restoration was great. We had flooding in our basement. They took care of evryting. Would recommend them to family and friends.Richard was excellent.

Nick the tech was experienced, knowledgeable and very professional. He knew exactly what what he was doing and how to get this job done. He was here hours and never stopped working. This was a complicated commercial bldg and I did not have the info on the sewer line location and storm water location. He worked thru the problem. Very dedicated technician. I greatly appreciate how RotoRooter handled my big problem. We have more work to do. Thanks.

I was having issues with my shower and the water just wouldn’t even work on some days. I called maintenance late on a Friday, and they sent Roto-Rooter out to assist that following Monday morning. The tech, Brenden, was very courteous, friendly, nice, and respectful of my property. He kept us informed of what he was doing and what needed to be done. He even turned off the lights in the areas once he was finished in them! (Do you know how many people just leave on lights? He was certainly raised right.) A seemingly small gesture, but it speaks volumes to me. Brenden was able to detect the problem AND fix my shower in less than a couple of hours. This is the best water pressure I’ve had in my 3 years here! I can’t vouch for any of the other employees, but Brenden was awesome and I would certainly recommend him.

Called about sewer backup issue. They recommended an approach which was able to save me some money. I would trust them with any other future work. Nice to find an honest business.
