I'm not a frequent review-writer, but these folks deserve five stars for how they operate their business. While I never want to have plumbing issues, whenever I do, this company is my go-to. They're always quick, professional and personable.

Made an appointment, but they didn't come and didn't call to cancel or reschedule.

I had a water inlet valve replaced, i was given a quote for $400.00 thinking this will take several hours i said ok, it took .45 min. Thats $400.00 an hour that they still charged me and then still added $28.00 for taxes, who makes $400.00 per hour? This was probly a $200.00 job at best

I will definitely use USA Plumbing Plus again. I called for an estimate for installation of a water heater and was quoted a reasonable price. The technician was on time for the appointment and installed the water heater in no time. I also had a problem with my bathroom sink and he was able to clear it quickly for a small additional charge.

Amazing customer service by this company. The technician, Ty was professional and timely and was able to assess the issues quickly. The repairs were done in a timely manner with minimal damage to my wallet. Ty was even helpful in providing a contact for someone to do some carpentry for us. Called to make appointment to unclog a drain and was told they don't do that and given a phone to a company in Union MO. Looked up both businesses on the BBB site, neither had glowing reviews. Seems a little sketch to me.
