We had addition build to our ranch house and Dunn installed us new HVAC unit for entire house. Price was competitive at $8000 and I was able to use special financing program from Sears. It's took a little longer than we hoped for and sometimes we had communication issues, but at the end I am very happy with a result. Brett (an owner) was very patient and understanding to my demands and Nathan did excellent job with installation of HVAC and vents. They went above and beyond to be sure we satisfied and everything works great. Our unit came with 20 years warranty and I know that can rely on Dunn to be here for us. I also like their office staff, very polite nice friendly and proactive. I will recommend Dunn (One hour air) to anyone.

After having water lines replaced on my street, the water pressure to my kitchen sink was low and barely any water was coming out. John Bess with Linek Plumbing took action right away by determining what was causing the issue and had to eventually replace the kitchen faucet which they covered the parts and labor. John Bess was punctual, professional, and did an excellent job, especially since one of the parts didn't go as planned, but he recommended another option that worked. It was also a pleasure working with John Wienstroer, who helped coordinate the repair and parts. Not only was he very responsive in communicating, he was professional, thoroughly articulated everything that was going on, and even followed up to ensure the repair was done correctly.

We recently remodeled our master bathroom and needed a plumber to relocate all the service lines and drains, and also to install a whirlpool bathtub. Having used Performance Plumbing in the past and found that they either met or exceed our expectations, we contracted with them to perform the work. Mark Schmitz and his assistant, Dillon, performed the work in two visits, working with the schedules of the the other contractors and materials deliveries.

On both visits Mark and Dillon arrived at the scheduled date and time. They performed the work within the amount of time that they had estimated. They were both very professional, courteous and performed the work to a high quality. They were also very accommodating to the scheduling changes that we experienced during the remodel. There were a couple points with the plumbing in our remodel that I was concerned would be a challenge, but Mark and Dillon worked them to out to our requested specifications without issue.

My wife and I were very pleased with the quality of the work that Mark and Dillon performed on our bathroom remodel and will call on them again for future work.

My water heater went out and they had someone there first thing the next morning! He was friendly, fast, and explained what he had done and how the new one worked, as well as how much more efficient the system was and why.
They also told me about a substantial rebate that would help alleviate the unexpected cost of a new major appliance.

We have used Merlo plumbing for years and have been fairly satisfied with their service. However, last week, they literally averted a disaster. I was called by my housekeeper who told me a pipe had burst in front of our house while I was at work. I immediately called Missouri American Water service and placed an emergency order to come shut off our water. Right afterwards, I called Merlo Plumbing and placed an emergent work order to come to the house and repair the broken pipe. They told me they would have a serviceman there in an hour. I raced home and true to their word, a serviceman met me in the driveway. He saw how much water was coming up from the ground (it was almost as if a hydrant had burst) and literally ran around our front yard looking for the water shut off as Missouri American Water had not yet arrived. His name was Tony. Realizing it was from the irrigation system (which was supposed to be closed ) he went out and found the main shut off to our house and averted a major disaster. Water was EVERYWHERE and was flowing into our neighbors yard and had already gotten into the basement. Toni (Acinelli) could have not been more helpful and pleasant. He diagnosed the problem and addressed how it would be fixed. Still, over TWO HOURS after I placed an emergency call to MAW (Missouri American Water) they had FAILED TO SHOW. If it weren't for the quick response by Merlo and their crew (Tony)..I am sure our entire basement (AND MORE) would have flooded. We can't thank you enough.

The company and personnel was very efficient and professional. They showed up in a timely manner and took care everything I needed which included new plumbing lines, water tank, installation of the tub and all of my plumbing fixtures. I’ll definitely call them for all of my plumbing needs.

Didn't get to use their services, but scheduling was very easy, very professional, and they were upfront with pricing! I would suggest calling them first before you call Roto Rooter!

Joe, was my technician, he was very friendly, polite and thorough. He made sure everything was working properly and took the time to do the job correctly. I would not hesitate to use them again. They were able to
get my job done the day I called and that was very important to me.

Ron was awesome! Very professional, did a great job fixing our shower, and replacing our main water valve and outdoor valve. Much appreciated.

Lorenzo Bledsoe was professional and likeable. He explained the repair clearly in advance and got the job done in an hour. I appreciated being one of the first calls of the day. I would go to five stars if they had offered a narrower appointment window and could have come at an earlier date. This is my second experience with LaMartina and will call them again with the next issue in this 100+ year old house.
