Best New System in Saint Louis MO

To make a long story of my terrible experience short- went in to this shop 2x looking for backsplash tile. The shop is a mess, tile display boards stacked on top of each other or against counters making it difficult to look at anything without sending other samples cascading on floor. The lady who 'helped' me both times was useless, when asked pricing on various tile her response was usually 'I don't know'. Took over 45 minutes to get my info for 3 samples and to get me pricing on 1 tile (though requested price on 2 tiles). Went back a week or so later as I had finally picked the tile I wanted from the samples. Walking up the steps there was a lady sitting at the first desk on the right and I asked her if there was someone could help me order tile. She LITERALLY glared at me for an uncomfortably long moment, smacked the top closed on her lunch contain, stood and actually threw it down into the trash can. Then very rudely and aggressively says, '(can't remember name she stated) was helping you yesterday'. I informed her I wasn't there the previous day and she snapped at me saying well, the other day then. She continues, mind you the woman is nearly yelling at me, that the person who I previously spoke to wasn't there. I tried to explain I only wanted to order tile. She kept telling me the other lady wasn't there and she couldn't go looking through her desk. I tried to ask what she needed to go through her desk for and that I simply wanted to order tile but she continued to cut me off and her demeanor was startlingly aggressive. I'd like to add, I'm a trauma nurse in a large ER, I deal with rude and/or aggressive behavior all day long, so I'm not overly sensitive about these things. I finally told her that she was quite rude and that I would not be purchasing anything from them. She denied being rude, and my mother, mother who was with me told her she was and that she didn't understand why she was talking to us in this manner. As I was walking out (I couldn't be in there any longer and continue to talk nicely) she was trying to explain to my mother that she would just have to sit and ask me all kinds of questions since the lady who previously helped me wasn't there. What questions, I don't know. Why this was a problem to have to ask me questions, not sure as that is her job. Save yourself a terrible headache and an enormous waste of time and don't go here. It took me weeks to finally pick tile, just to have to start all over again. I've never been talked to like this as a customer. I was both shocked and disturbed by her aggression.

Our first impression of the company was excellent due to the overall professionalism and patience that Jason showed while answering all our questions and concerns in regards to getting a new HVAC system. The installation crew was prompt, respectful and worked well as a team. We would welcome any of those young men into our home again without hesitation. The installation itself met and exceeded our expectations as to time involved and any disruption of our schedules. The clean up went very quickly and was very thorough. All equipment set up and maintenance was explained in detail before their departure. Three weeks later the Polar Vortex dipped into St. Louis and brought record breaking below freezing temps! We stayed toasty warm without the new system running constantly like our old one. We are looking forward to comparing this months bill with last years for the same billing cycle!!! Betty in the office was very understanding and prompt helping me with lost (OUR fault) paperwork. I will be recommending this company to any friends, co-workers, neighbors or family needing HVAC work.

Andrew was on time and understood the job that needed to be done and also installed two toilets as well as two faucets in a timely fashion. I would highly recommend, Andrew as well as this company because they had flexible hours that accommodated my work schedule.

The estimate given was verbal with detail about cost if parts vs labor. The pricing was ridiculously high when you compute it on an hourly basis.
When I called to ask/comment about these things I could tell I was not being taken seriously and the staff person was almost laughing that I even was asking these questions.
I will NEVER use them again.

Superior quality and service. I was fortunate enough to get on the schedule and have a brand new water tank installed in less than three hours. The guys were courteous, professional and thorough. I cannot recommend Performance Plumbing enough.

Second time Anytime Plumbing has completed work at my home. First job was a sump pump replacement that went well. Last week they replaced my hot water heater and shortly after install a gas leak developed due solely to improper installation. Gas line fittings were barely hand tightened with no sealant around the threads...really thankful that I was home and happened to go back in the basement a few hours after install and smelled the leak early on....really unbelievable. No supervision whatsoever, just one young plumber handling the installation alone and Steve did not check in after install to see if everything went OK. Doubt I will have these guys back in my house unless it's purely for something involving water pipes only.

Work done was good but they will NOT bill the insurance company for any work done. You must pay up front. The tech was excellent and the work was finished quickly.

I highly recommend Honey Do Plumbing. Prices were fair and the work was excellent.
