Would not give me the time of day.

I hired Maplewood Plumbing to scope the main sewer line of a 100 year-old house in Clayton to understand the condition of the pipes and, if repairs were needed, to provide an estimate on work. David came on time to scope and record the video, but more than that, he offered to show and explain everything he saw to me on the spot. He was knowledgeable and very thorough. Upon completion, he provided a flash drive with his findings/video on the spot. What's more, the company provides an email with electronic link to the same video to gove to other plumbers for additional estimates. Will, the owner, followed up the next day and we discussed options and costs. I found both men professional and very skilled, but more than that, honest and trustworthy. I look forward to working with this company and feel no need to approach other plumbers. (I've renovated three properties over the years and have developed a nose for skilled tradesmen and craftsmen. I've found my go-to plumbers.)

Rick and his team, Dylan , Sean 1 and Sean 2 were punctual, polite, professional, and took pride in all of the work that they did. They were very methodical in the process of transforming 2 bathrooms. The care they took of our home and the respect they gave us was so refreshing. It was a true joy to have this master craftsmen team in our home for 14 days. The finished rooms are magnificent!

Didn't show up, then lied about knocking on the door and no one answered. We're outside working on the lawn so I'm pretty sure we would have seen him walk up and knock on the door. Plus cameras are around the house 360. Don't ever do business with these trifling people...

St louis Handyman installed a new faucet in our kitchen and bathroom vanity also re-caulking our shower and tub along with a few other items that needed repair and were quite a bit less than the quote we had from a couple plumbing companies Thank You will use again.

Matt (-3964) and Brandon (he was in training) responded quickly and worked fast to help save a flooding basement. They worked efficiently to remove debris from a basement drain and also stayed to clean up a muddy mess on the basement floor. The only reason I didn't give a full five stars is because the pricing of Roto-Rooter was more expensive than other local companies. I had an appointment with another company on Friday, which was half the price, but the problem couldn't wait. Five stars for the service and convenience of having a 24/7 company around for issues like this!

Called first thing this morning needing a big repair. They said someone would be out in the afternoon. Joe showed up before we opened and was back by 3pm and had the job completed by 4pm. Fast, friendly and professional. Highly recommend!

We engaged JE Redington to get to the bottom of a stubborn basement water problem. After so many trials and tribulations, I don't even remember what the final fix was. But they hung with us and found a solution which we appreciated very much. Not the cheapest in town but you get what you pay for. I'm biased anyway as I'm a cheap sob sometimes :-) Thanks for the quality work guys.

General Contractor used Cocos Plumbing a number of years ago when we built our home, and we are still dealing with shoddy workmanship many years later. First time we used our dishwasher, it leaked all over new wood floors due to improper hook-up. Most sinks leaked and had to be repaired. Stainless steel screws were not used in shower, resulting in leaks eventually. Toilets were not set right and two out of four had to be reset because they didn't use proper wax rings. And most recently, we have discovered that no shut-off installed in master shower. As plumbing is one of the major expenses in remodeling/building a home, I would steer clear of Cocos.

The Roto Rooter team was fantastic. They sent a team member to my place in less than a few hours. After identifying the problem, they had another team member at my place the next morning who provided a solution and great customer service. Hasan was outstanding. He even left me with a few tips of what I can do to help mitigate and resolve any potential problems in the future. I’d highly recommend Roto Rooter.

I’ve been using GVL for many years for anything from a small home repair to very large commercial building renovations. They’re professional, fast, and very experienced. I’ve gotten many other bids and used other plumbers before using GVL and GVL definitely out performs the rest.
