Sara Pilch is such a great way to start the day! She greeted me on my arrival, offered water or coffee and was so cheerful. Customer Service is NOT dead. She then turned me over to Shannon Burch who went above and beyond to help me with my needs. She found the equipment I wanted and was incredibly helpful. Great store and the employees are happy.

I was so impressed by the professional, thorough, upfront and prompt handling of my plumbing needs, that I cannot find enough superlatives to evaluate the professionals I dealt with, from the receptionist who first answered my call to the licensed plumber who handled the work. He, in particular, was so knowledgeable about the quirks of my almost 100 year old house, explaining everything as he went on, that I was in awe--having dealt with scores of plumbers in the past, I would give this one 7 stars. He worked efficiently and thoroughly, while indicating to me that some things don't need to be touched, as they are perfectly fine for now. He and the company provided me with a detailed report for future reference. I appreciated all of that. In any event, I intend to use this company for my future needs, they are truly impressive and they established an enduring trust with this first call.

I was a new tenant in a duplex and found out Trio Plumbing were the ones who came out and put a new water heater in! The plumber Shawn did an amazing job and even came back out to answer questions I had because I don't know anything about water heaters! Would highly recommend them because they get you in quickly and do a great job!

Excellent craftsmanship. St. Louis Handyman Services renovated my basement and master bath. They have also resurfaced the ceilings on the main level of my home adding LED lights. All the employees are very respectful, helpful and their work site is left clean. I have been a customer for 3 years and will definitely call them for any other projects.

I used Lemay Plumbing recently because my kitchen sink has been leaking for several months. When I called I explained that I have a limited income. Elmer was the man who came. He fixed everything that needed to be repaired. The bill was $175. Elmer did a great job. Thank you Mike for refunding me $25.. It was very much appreciated. Thank You very much.

A technician responded quickly to my call for service. My problem was assessed and the work began and was completed the next day. All technicians were friendly and kept me informed of the progress of the work

I had called four other plumbing companies and either received no call back, or was quoted upwards of $200 to snake my kitchen main stack. Larry from plumbing masters came out the same day that I called, and had everything working perfectly within 30 minutes. He even replaced the airator on my faucet for free! He was super knowledgeable and friendly. I will definitely call them again if I ever need more plumbing work.

They were able to get out to me the same day and the service guy was extremely friendly. He let me know right away what the problem was and gave me options on how to handle it.

Very disappointed. Called for an emergency on a Tuesday evening. Spoke to someone who took my info. They tried to get a hold of a technician right away, but were unable. They would get them a message and someone would be in contact shortly.

After waiting 30 minutes (keep in mind this is during a plumbing emergency!) no one called. I tried to call back, and the person I spoke to (different from the first) had no idea what I was talking about and said all they could do was try and reach out again.

I said no thank you.

If you are going to promote yourself as a 24/7 emergency service you should, at the very least, return a phone call to say sorry we can't take the job right now.

Fortunately, a neighbor was able to recommend someone who promptly answered their phone, and was able to let me know within 5 minutes if a technician was available. Which is how it should be done.

Without a doubt, Bill (William Coco's) main objective is to extract the most money from you as possible. My wife and I requested a quote from Cocos plumbing to do some work on our 1900 sqft basement that we are finishing out.

First, it is nearly impossible to get on their schedle without playing phone tag. They tell you that they cannot book appointments on behalf of the sales team and have to relay to a sales person to find a time that is convinent to them.

Secondly, they will show up late to your appointment. If they can't even show up on time for the estimate, you can figure out the rest.

Lastly, if you have any hopes of cutting costs by providing the fixtures that you, the homeowner, wants; you better forget it. They insist on selling you the entire package, from breaking the slab to installing fixtures and will not budge. After requesting that I provide the fixtures or they do so at cost, Bill became argumentative and we agreed that their way of operating was not a fit for our project.

If you have the desire to have the fixtures that you want, without massive markup, don't call these folks. If you have a hefty bank account and a thirst for unprofessionalism, please call Bill at Cocos Plumbing and give him a blank check.

I had the best experience with Justin from Roto-Rooter! Our basement flooded from our main pipe and he came and fixed it right away. He worked on it until he got the job done. He was very nice and explained everything to us. I would definitely recommend using Roto-Rooter! Thank you so much Justin!
