Best Kitchen Bathroom Plumbing in Saint Louis MO

We went in to look for items for a bathroom remodel and the man who “assisted” us didn’t answer my questions and walked away saying that the item we were asking about cost $800. So we went to Signature Kitchen and they were happy to help us and we spent more than $800!

Basement drain was backing up - called first thing Monday morning and they had someone on-site within the hour, Great experience. Professional and Friendly staff from the office workers to the person who cleared the drain.

Overall, a tremendous experience! I reached out to Steve to get a quote and he was able to get a new water heater installed the next day! The quote was fair and I really appreciated the sense of urgency. It helps that Steve is the nicest guy ever. Definitely give Steve and Anytime Plumbing a chance for your plumbing needs!!

Service was provided within two days of reaching out for non-emergent water heater installation. I bought the water heater from Lowe’s so only paid labor and permitting, and they had the cheapest rate of companies I looked at. Work was done promptly and efficiently, with no snags related to either the plumbing or the billing.

Unprofessional, rude, waste of money and time

Matt and his crew did a great job replacing my 90-year-old cast iron main stack. They needed to get under the basement floor and did it quickly and smoothly. They also solved another issue I had with a master bath that had been added about 30 years ago and improperly plumbed. Matt and his crew worked to incorporate that master bath plumbing with my main stack plumbing in a seamless fashion that has my home in great shape for the next 90 years. Thanks Matt!

Highly recommend! We hired them for numerous projects at our home, including the entire repainting of the exterior of the house. They are very knowledgeable in multiple areas, priced fairly, and great to work with. We will definitely be calling them again!

Service Provider, Gabe, did a fabulous job cleaning our main line! He worked in an efficient and effective manner flushing the yard vent and using a camera through the line to the house to ensure complete clean-out; he was kind, provided additional advice on future actions and we are quite satisfied with Roto-Rooter. We'll see em in a year!

Nick (the owner’s son) came over to give us an estimate for a soil stack replacement. He looked at the job and said he’d give us a bid which we should receive in a day or two. Five days later after receiving no bid as promised, I called and spoke with Nick asking the status. He said they “just weren’t interested in doing the job”. I told him that was not only unprofessional for not letting us know, but also just showed no common courtesy. To that he had nothing to say. For this reason, I cannot recommend Plumbing Masters.

Prompt, professional service on a bathtub faucet and shower install that required moving copper pipes. Job was a new acrylic tub with shower walls.

Mr McCoy was extremely professional and respectful and very helpful to help assess the problem and the most cost efficient repair!
