Went in to get help finding a corner sink- made the mistake of saying it was for a small city bathroom and the man who greeted us wasn’t particularly helpful. Showed us one sink, (an American Standard that you can get anywhere) in a catalogue that I’d seen before online, which was very ordinary - this was after I’d told them I was looking for something with a little more character and mentioned wanting perhaps a vessel sink. When I said I was looking for something more interesting he walked away saying he’d have to “research it”. Wouldn’t he know more products this if it was his business? I’m sure I’m not the only one with a small city bathroom...

We came back home to a busted pipe over Christmas that collapsed our bathroom ceiling and water leaked to the basement. They came out RIGHT AWAY and made sure we knew who was coming by name. They assessed and addressed the situation and handled it seamlessly. They let me know what they were doing every step of the way and made sure to show me what repairs they did and what the cause of the problem. I would highly recommend them and will be using them again for all of our plumbing needs!

They did drywall and Electrical and painting and it was all very professional. They cleaned up there mess so I would recommend them to anyone.

They deserve zero stars since they didn't do any work. Called at 7:45 for a main line backup. Was told a technician could respond in 2 hours. Dispatcher called at 8:30 and said that they tech was finishing a job and they would call me back in 10-15 minutes when he was on his way. No call. I called at 9:30 to see what the problem was and was told that the tech wasn't answering his phone but he should be done soon. Called AGAIN at 10:30 and was told that he would be done in 10-15 minutes at would be on his way and would arrive in 40 minutes. When I pointed out that the dispatcher told me the tech was almost done at 8:30, the dispatcher was incredibly rude and unprofessional. I said I would cancel if the tech wasn't there by 11:15. Was on the phone cancelling the service call when the tech finally pulled up at 11:20. I did not let the tech perform the work when he would not budge at all on the price after this totally miserable experience. At midnight I might as well just wait until morning and not get screwed.

They came on time - Charged me $149 to clean the main, but when the sinks still did not drain wanted to charge me again to come back out. Go somewhere else - maybe find someone who can get the job done right the first time cause it is not these guys.

They were able to get out to me the same day and the service guy was extremely friendly. He let me know right away what the problem was and gave me options on how to handle it.

We have used Cocos Plumbing several times for a line clog. They always come out right away and are very knowledgeable in finding the source of the problem. We also feel the price they charge for their services were fair and in line with others.

Having no knowledge about plumbing Reggie T. #5152 and his assistant were able to clearly explain to me why water was leaking from the drain pipe every time I wash clothes. They told me how they were going to fix it today and answered every question that I had thoroughly and with patience. I really appreciate their service today and would highly recommend them to work you may need done.

I have been using GVL Plumbing for 15 years. They have fixed many problems in my old plumbing. Most recently, they tore up my basement floor to replace old cast iron pipes with modern pipes. Everything was done quickly and to my satisfaction. I find them to be honest and reasonable in their fees. Highly recommend.
