Best Garbage Disposal Installation in Saint Louis MO

Encountered a very rude and disrespectful employee from this company, which for a service organization that advertises its business on the side of its vehicles, is a counterproductive way to act if you expect the public to employ your services. Encouraging your employees to be courteous to the general public might prevent further alienation of your company's reputation. I don't know if you provide competent services or not, but I will never know thanks to the inappropriate conduct of your employee.

Andrew was on time and understood the job that needed to be done and also installed two toilets as well as two faucets in a timely fashion. I would highly recommend, Andrew as well as this company because they had flexible hours that accommodated my work schedule.

We used Henry Kitchen to remodel our master bathroom. We worked with Sara Pilch who was incredible! From the minute we met her she made the process so enjoyable and easy. Sara's expertise and knowledge allowed us to stay within our budget, and still have the beautiful design we had dreamed of. We've had so many great compliments from friends and family on how it turned out. I highly recommend using them and asking for Sara!

The company had very quick reply and engagement to get a job set up for a washing machine stand pipe. The worker who came out was easy to talk to, professional and personable. He did a very good job with his work and everything was tidy and clean when he finished. I will definitely be coming back for any other install/repair we need in the future.

Complete Master Bath Remodel:

We determined from a wet spot in our kitchen ceiling that our master bath whirlpool tub had a leak at some plumbing connections. We hated the carpet in the bathroom as well so we decided to do a complete remodel of our bath. Many companies wanted us to replace the tub and Performance suggested that since the tub was fine and we were happy with it we should just keep it and fix the bad plumbing. That saved us a significant amount of money.

Choosing all the tile, fixtures, lighting, cabinets, paint, and shower options was not overwhelming. They shared comments on what other customers had used (when asked) and had various samples they brought to the house for us to see. They were exceptionally patient with us when trying to select the Onyx and floor tile choices and even carried a heavy briefcase of square tiles into the bathroom so we could see what they looked like in our lighting. We asked for an accent tile to be added around the Onyx shower walls and tub surround and they were happy to do this. We went to a tile store, told Performance tile we liked, and they took care of the rest.

Each day of the install they showed up on time and were extremely pleasant. They placed protective mats down from the garage door all the way to the master bath on the second floor. They even arrived on time one morning when we had freezing rain that resulted in about 1/10th inch of ice on the roads!

At the end of each day they checked in with us to make sure we liked what had been done that day and occasionally gave us homework like choosing grout colors or paint colors, if needed so they could pick up those supplies the next day. It was nice not having to choose ALL the details upfront.

We are EXTREMELY happy with the resulting master bathroom!! They also included fixing and repainting our kitchen ceiling in the cost of the estimate...and it looks amazing too!

The entire remodel took about 2-3 weeks to complete, It would have been completed sooner, but when they went to pick up the Onyx for the shower and tub surround and it was cracked and they had to reorder it. They apologized profusely for this delay; but as a homeowner that has had several different construction projects completed over the years I completely understood that it was completely out of their control. As soon as the Onyx came in they were back installing it the next day.

One of the reasons I went with Performance Plumbing is because they have been my reliable plumber for the last 5+ years. They are very knowledgeable and do not try to oversell anything...whatever they estimate is what it will cost. Our bathroom is not only functional but it is beautiful and is the envy of everyone I share pictures with. I knew I would get a quality product from this business but they far exceeded my expectations! Their attention to all the small details was exceptional.

Steve and drew were very knowledge and helpful fixing my issue and going beyond there service getting my stove to work again after the gas company broke it disconnecting the stove great guys.

Service was provided within two days of reaching out for non-emergent water heater installation. I bought the water heater from Lowe’s so only paid labor and permitting, and they had the cheapest rate of companies I looked at. Work was done promptly and efficiently, with no snags related to either the plumbing or the billing.

We purchased a house in August and didn't have any history on the maintenance of our system, so we ordered a tune up through Classic Aire Care. Scheduling was straightforward and they even contacted us on the day-of after a cancellation, so the tech could start earlier. Samuel L. showed up on time, was very thorough, explained everything he did, and offered advice. Really appreciate his professionalism and quality of his work, especially with a large system tune up right before a holiday weekend!

Unprofessional, rude, waste of money and time

Matt came out twice to Pacific Ice Rink on emergency calls. Fixed 3 overflowing toilets on a Friday night at 8pm. Next we had 4 pipes burst day after Christmas. Again Matt was there within hours. Kids did not miss an ice time and everything was fixed within an hour. We will use Python from here on out!!!!!
