After having water lines replaced on my street, the water pressure to my kitchen sink was low and barely any water was coming out. John Bess with Linek Plumbing took action right away by determining what was causing the issue and had to eventually replace the kitchen faucet which they covered the parts and labor. John Bess was punctual, professional, and did an excellent job, especially since one of the parts didn't go as planned, but he recommended another option that worked. It was also a pleasure working with John Wienstroer, who helped coordinate the repair and parts. Not only was he very responsive in communicating, he was professional, thoroughly articulated everything that was going on, and even followed up to ensure the repair was done correctly.

Maplewood Plumbing replaced the drainpipes on my shower. I was satisfied with the work and the professionalism of the plumber. I've used them before and likely will again.

Could not thank these guys enough for getting to us today on such short notice. I literally was contacted at 7:30 this morning and the crew was here by 9am. I was extremely pleased with the promptness that Roto-Rooter responded to my request for service. I called on Saturday and within 1-1/2 hours I had a plumber at my house. He diagnosed my problem and I authorized him to immediately proceed to fix it. It was not a simple fix but he stayed with it until the job was completed. He even suggested that I call my insurance company and he spoke to their claim office and got permission to proceed with immediately fixing the problem. I would not hesitate a moment calling them in the future with any of my plumbing needs.

They were able to come out and fix our issue super fast! Reggie was super kind and helpful, and got the job done in no time! Will definitely use again for any future plumbing needs.

We had the same issues as the other reviewers. Reginald Jennings came to our house in a van that was for mixed media and reeked of marijuana. Our house still reeks of him. He chipped our marble shower and then asked for an exorbitant price for his faulty service. Do not be scammed by this guy!

Think you're going to kind of get what you pay for here, be careful. I used Drain Medics once a long time ago - because they're super cheap relative to other plumbing services for basic clog snaking - and that experience seemed to go fine enough.

I called them again recently for a clog in my washing machine drain out though, which was a much more sketchy experience. The tech said he couldn't snake it out; said he couldn't get past the trap and it was probably busted.

So I called a different company to talk about excavation. That tech said we should probably try to snake it again and he got right through it in hardly any time at all. You'd think snaking a pipe would be pretty straightforward, but I guess there's more of an art to it.

Lucky for me that second tech was honest and skilled. That went from a $2000 complicated excavation job to a $185 bill and less than an hour.

I'd rather pay Drain Medics $75 for the same work, but not if they're 50/50 on job completion and leading people into expensive excavation for nothing.
