Right from my initial contact on the phone with Aubry, I was impressed with the courtesy and professionalism she projected. Josh was quick to arrive and access our problems and offered multiple options to solve them. An estimate arrived at our e-mail the next morning. An appointment was set and right on time, Dennis and Luis showed up. Dennis took the time to guide me through the work they would be doing and they immediately got to it. Cory and his co-worker(didn't get name) showed up a little later and we had two crews of very hard working, polite, and even funny guys getting water back to wonderful working condition. Hit a snag at one point and Josh was back out immediately to work it through. The owner and or manager of this company should be very proud of their entire staff's performance. We recently remodeled our master bathroom and needed a plumber to relocate all the service lines and drains, and also to install a whirlpool bathtub. Having used Performance Plumbing in the past and found that they either met or exceed our expectations, we contracted with them to perform the work. Mark Schmitz and his assistant, Dillon, performed the work in two visits, working with the schedules of the the other contractors and materials deliveries.

On both visits Mark and Dillon arrived at the scheduled date and time. They performed the work within the amount of time that they had estimated. They were both very professional, courteous and performed the work to a high quality. They were also very accommodating to the scheduling changes that we experienced during the remodel. There were a couple points with the plumbing in our remodel that I was concerned would be a challenge, but Mark and Dillon worked them to out to our requested specifications without issue.

My wife and I were very pleased with the quality of the work that Mark and Dillon performed on our bathroom remodel and will call on them again for future work.

Didn't show up, then lied about knocking on the door and no one answered. We're outside working on the lawn so I'm pretty sure we would have seen him walk up and knock on the door. Plus cameras are around the house 360. Don't ever do business with these trifling people...

My family and I have been using Python for years. From fixing pipes in my moms slab house with taking time not to damage any more kitchen floor than needed to fixing sewer lines in the yard. We have used them to install a new water heater as well. After a few months of huge water bills they found our leak and repaired shotty water supply lines that were done improperly 40+ years ago at our auto repair shop. These guys went above and beyond to not affect our daily workload any more than they had to and still get the job done right, on time and at a honest price. They are courteous, professional and really care about what they are doing.

If you ever have a water damage problem, go to Midwest Flood Restoration. They are efficient, professional, polite, knowledge and do a timely and great job. It is wonderful to have a company who works on your home as if it is theirs. Fantastic service with lots of empathy.

Think you're going to kind of get what you pay for here, be careful. I used Drain Medics once a long time ago - because they're super cheap relative to other plumbing services for basic clog snaking - and that experience seemed to go fine enough.

I called them again recently for a clog in my washing machine drain out though, which was a much more sketchy experience. The tech said he couldn't snake it out; said he couldn't get past the trap and it was probably busted.

So I called a different company to talk about excavation. That tech said we should probably try to snake it again and he got right through it in hardly any time at all. You'd think snaking a pipe would be pretty straightforward, but I guess there's more of an art to it.

Lucky for me that second tech was honest and skilled. That went from a $2000 complicated excavation job to a $185 bill and less than an hour.

I'd rather pay Drain Medics $75 for the same work, but not if they're 50/50 on job completion and leading people into expensive excavation for nothing.
