I've used Maplewood Plumbing three times now. They fixed a leaky toilet, checked out my water heater (I used another vender to replace it), and fixed a burst pipe that goes to my outside hose. It's very easy to schedule an appointment. The staff and plumbers are professional and give you a rundown of what they are going to do before they do it, and then, show you what they did after and give you maintenance tips and instructions (if applicable). I was particularly impressed with my plumber Dave who fixed my burst pipe April 2023. He was professional, knowledgeable, fast, efficient, and clearly explained everything he needed to do/did and even gave me some great tips on how to prevent this issue from happening again. His work is very high quality, and you can tell he takes pride in his work. Thanks Dave! My only minor criticism of Maplewood Plumbing is that I thought the prices they were charging for a new water heater were a bit high.

I bought an as-is house in University City last year, and reached out to Brooks Plumbing, as they are only a couple miles away. They were able to do everything I needed, including rip out cast iron stacks and about 20 feet of lateral, reseal toilets, install a tankless water heater, put in a new utility sink, and several other small items. For the huge scope of work, the price was very reasonable. They are quick to respond, always very nice, and happy to send someone by on a moment's notice to look at something since I live so closeby. This is a small, locally-owned business, so please check them out!

Andrew was very professional and respectful to us. He was very knowledgeable about our furnace. We also have a scrubber that needed a new UV light (needs to be replaced every 2 year). We had a humidifier that was very old. we are having it replaced. We also have an electronic filter that he cleaned. Last but not least we have an EVR system that new filters have to be ordered. He was here 2 hours and earned his pay. Most of this was not on his original work order. He did everything and explained why it needed to be done. There was no pressure. I hope to continue to have Andrew as our serviceman for our house. He should be a valued employee.

I work as a maintenance technician at an apartment complex and use them as needed, they have been professional, courteous and prompt.

We've used Lemay plumbing a couple of times over the last few years, most recently for a water heater replacement. Every time we've used them, they've been extremely professional and kind and have been willing to work with us to handle our issues. With this recent issue, they even spent hours on the phone working with our home warranty people in order to get the work covered. I can't say I won't ever use a different plumbing company, but Lemay will always be the first people I call and will always recommend them without hesitation to friends and family.

With bitterly cold weather and broken pipes everywhere in St. Louis, I though I would have to wait for days for an appointment. I have called Roto Rooter many times in the past, but I was very impressed with the fact that someone could come out the same day I called. The problem was diagnosed and an appointment for the day after was made. Chris (6370) came to do the work yesterday. It was a big job and took several hours. Chris worked efficiently and thoroughly throughout the day. He was extremely nice, friendly, and answered all of my many questions in a thoughtful way. Chris did the job exactly the way he had described it the first day. I will always call Roto Rooter for any future plumbing problems because I know I can count on them. Thank you Chris for a job well done. I have my kitchen back !

Had to book two weeks in advance. Agreed to pay high travel expenses for them to come out based on good reviews and took a day off work to be home for the service. Waited for them late into the afternoon and called for an ETA at which point they said they wouldn't be able to make it. I can't waste another vacation day so I'll need to find a plumber who will service on a weekend. They brag about their professionalism their phone recording,it seems to just be lip service like a lot of businesses these days

Nick was amazing. He explained exactly what needed to be done, additional services that he could provide, and how to prevent future problems. He was very polite and easy to talk to. He solved the problem and then cleaned the area leaving it better than before he came! Thank you Nick

I can't say enough about the responsiveness and professionalism of this company. They got me in the same day and communicated with me the whole way. They are now my preferred vendor of choice and you should choose them too!

Plumbing Experts replaced our master bathroom sink and shower faucets. It was a two day job, involving two different plumbers. Both plumbers were professional, courteous (though one was more personable than the other) and explained things in simple terms. Both left the job site clean. We shopped around and their prices are on par with their competitors.

Two negatives that lost them a star:
- Not on time and no communication. I certainly get that plumbing repairs can run long. However, if you send a text saying the plumber is “on the way” and an hour later he still isn’t here? That’s confusing and disrespectful of my time. Naturally I called to inquire, which leads to the second negative:

-Amy was extremely rude and unprofessional when I called. Everyone can have an “off” or “bad” day - even when they are the voice of the company. However, she was equally rude the next time I had to call as well - on a different day. It will certainly give us pause when we need a plumber again.

I had a leak in a pipe in the basement and called Drain Masters on a holiday. They were able to send a technician to my house within 2 hours. Ron arrived, diagnosed the problem and repaired the leak quickly. He was very professional and I thought the invoice was very fair for the work performed. I would recommend Drain Masters to anyone with plumbing needs.
